I go to this Dunkin a lot. I love their iced coffee, cold brew. Well, pretty much all their cold coffees. I've become familiar with the staff members at this location and they always treat me well. The wait time at Drive Thru can take a bit, but I understand because they're short staffed. A lot of places are short staffed and people don't understand that. Be kind people.
Very small donuts, No glazer inside. The worse place ever. I ordered by Uber eat..No recommended at all..
Chair holding door open due to terrible burnt smell Went in with wife she ordered bagel an cream cheese we paid not long after manager approached cashier an asked if we paid manager approached us an states or gets picked up down there grabs her tip jar rapidly as if we were attempting to steal ( watch camera video) empties it an stares at us very unprofessional doesn't matter who you are equal respect I'm a professional football player that would give anything to help the next person I understand that she may be in a time of need due to her appearance her work pants were terribly bleached all over the back which made me question if she does care about her appearance why would I trust eating anything from there I'm in Miami frequently aswell as my friends I am extremely disappointed not to mention be careful ordering a plain bagel with cream cheese it may have bacon on it had to go back an get a refund
When we first pull up they have a chair holding the door open because of a burnt smell after ordering my food which was a cream cheese bagel in orange juice I guess because I didn’t move to the destinations she wanted me to move to the manager came up and said something looked at me and my husband moved her tip jar As in if we was gonna still their little five dollars in tips my outfit and shoes cost more than your tip jar lady she better be glad I’m pregnant cause I almost snapped on her cause all BLACK PEOPLE DNT STEAL
I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on sourdough, they end up giving me a sourdough eggs, white cheese with bacon. I'm sorry, they need to get their act right, this unacceptable.
No option to go inside and order. You have to use the drive thru which is 10. Cars deep. ???
Seems to be fake Dunkin Donuts. Bad coffee and bakery
The customer service is good. But the store consistently does not allow dining-room customers. There is consistently a sign that states drive-through only. It's not clear if it's a staffing issue or unwilling to deal with dining room customers.
This place always has a long line in the drive thru. Their bagels are always stale. I always ask for double toasted and it is always hot or miss. But I love their coffee
