First time visiting today for breakfast to go, great food, great customer service and good price! I’ll be back next Sunday
UBER delivery service-Been ordering breakfast and the Guava & Cheese bread numerous times. Last order the guava & cheese bread had a thick gray hair inside. Today I order breakfast and found another hair stuck in the croissant. Will lot be ordering from Don Pan anymore.
This place gets worst every time I come, to the point that today will be my last day ever in a don pan. As a Venezuelan I used to love Don Pan back on the 2000’s now it is just a poor customer service wannabe bakery. Empanadas are just as bad as the service, literally saw the staff mistreating it patrons, I understand if you don’t like your job, but you shouldn’t pass that onto the clients. It’s 6:40 pm check the video listen to the clients, follow up on your staff, and work on your quality.
The quality has gone down big time I do not know what happened but the Cachitos used to so be good, but now really bad it seems the bakery changed from owners and nationality not good at all

The food is great and the manager is a super nice lady.
Wonderful little spot.. we wanted to get everything! The arepas were phenomenal, my Cuban was perfect and the cheesecake and cortados were the perfect ending. The staff was on top of it even though they were obviously very busy during our visit.
I simply asked for a bathroom key today and since i do not speak spanish i was given the MOST HORRIBLE attitude and was not told where the key was. A fellow customer had to point out where it was and at the point i was furious. Never going back here EVER AGAIN
The best venezuelan food in florida. I will go there next i visit.
The costumer service is horrible more the 40 minuts in line to get my food and the line only have 4 people
