Let me tell you I had not visited a don pan in more than 4 years! I just happened to pass by and went. It's a totally different don pan! The menu is big the desserts look amazing! In other words ill definitely continue to go to this one.
I order a golfeado and medium cafe con leche "BIEN CALIENTE POR FAVOR"(SUPER HOT PLEASE).This Grumpy woman with grey eyes gave me the coffee just warm,I told her that I ask for my coffee super hot.She takes my cup,re heat it and made a mess,she gave me back the old cup with out even try to clean it.This message is for her:Lady,right now there are plenty of jobs out there,if you don't like your job just quit and be happy,don't waste your life,the only life you have,working on a job that is obviously making you miserable.Remember,the costumers have plenty of options where they can buy a cup of coffee.Don Pan doesn't give free coffee or food,we have to PAY for it,dont act like you are doing us a favor.THINK!!!! USE YOUR HEADwithout costumers you won't have a job.
Nasty place. The lady was eating while decorating a cake. She was sucking her fingers because she was eating a sandwich and then layed out some strawberrys. I couldnet beleive my eyes.
The workers have the air conditioning extremely cold (without exaggeratation), I order croqueta and 7 empanadas. Served me one and had to wait for the other 6 to get made. My food got cold because of how RIDICULOUSLY and UNNECESSARYLY cold it was in there. I was told to wait 12 minutes and ended up waiting for 45 minutes in the artic restaurant. I dont recommend this place unless you want to freeze and receive cold food. Long story short. Restaurant is too cold, food was cold, they take forever to serve, and nothing in the bakery is ever prepared you would have to wait to receive food. Would not recommend ever.
It's supposed to be open until 9pm but I came at 8pm and they were already closing up.
Will never visit the restaurant again. The servers were very unprofessional and rude. I asked for a cortadito and it was served cold. When I politely asked the lady if she could heat it up a bit, her response was rolling her eyes at me without saying a word.
If you want to know weather you allow somebody treat you as a dog or not, come here. So disrespectful behavior. Even, when their schedule is shown everywhere, they are capable to close the door in your face, believe me, they will. Today I came at 8 pm, note they are expected to close at 9 pm, but it was to much effort providing a shorter than 5 minutes service to me.So disappointed and poor customer service.
Nice Don Pan, nice lady’s. Café is really good. I’ll come back.
Excellent ham bread, fresh, Soft and tasty. Service was quick and kind.
