My husband surprised me with one of their cakes for My birthday today. We live an hour away and every year he always tries to find a dominican cake for me. But THIS Cake is The best One Yet! I had made reservations for my dads birthday and I do have to say, Bourbon staff left us wowed! From the first encounter, our server Giuseppe was knowledgeable, hospitable and treated us with great care! His service was impeccable! I ordered the filet mignon, and it was one of the best I've had. The meat was flavorful, tender and prepared carefully and deliciously! My dad ordered the dry aged rib eye and it was just amazing! The earl grey steamed broccoli was delicious and we loved the truffle Mac and cheese as well! The attention to detail and care Giuseppe provided my father on his birthday was very sweet and genuine! We had one of the best dinners! Thank you! Classic, delicious meal!
