never had cuban food like this and it was so good! all of our dishes were great and would visit againmahi and coconut shrimp cazuela: this was sooo good! the fish was juicy and flaky but also has a slightly crispy exterior from the grill. shrimp was also well cooked and the coconut curry type sauce was amazing.ropa veja: the meat was extremely juicy and flavorful. loved this dish as well and would try again.crispy brussels: this was okay. the brussel sprouts were a little soggy, similar consistency to cabbage and wasn’t a huge fan of the teriyaki sauce.chorizo croquettes: recommended by so many reviews but thought this was okay and nothing special.
Went to this place a year ago and my daughter never stopped talking about how awesome and she the loved to chicken and waffles. We also remember having awesome apps and a great meal. Dinner on Sunday night was so bad and the restaurant was out of over 6 dishes. The place was empty and the chicken and waffles was about 1/2 the size from the prior year with pictures the prove it. Sorry that we came back hoping that it would be great. Pick another restaurant since they are living on past reviews. Sorry your food is no longer that good Doce Provisions.
WOW, This place is amazing. We had a pitcher of the Black Berry Red Sangria, this was the best Sangria I have ever had. We ordered two Appetizers to share, one was called The Guac (tostones, pickled fresno, queso fresco) And the other appetizer was called Vaca Frita Tostones (Crisp Shredded Beef in Mojo, Homemade Maduro Tostones Aji Amarillo Aioli. Pickled Onion) they were both amazin, I canât remember having better appetizers anywhere before ,everybody at the table loved them. My daughter had two appetizers as her entrée they were, Wok Charred Brussels and Shrimp Poâ Boy Tacos, I didnât try them but she was very happy with them. The rest of us had the same entrée it was called Abuelas Ropa Vieja (A Cuban Classic Done Right! with Jasmine Rice, Fresh Cut Sweet Plantains, Watercress Slaw) It was very very good The inside dining room is very small but the outside courtyard in the back is very large and inviting so we sat out back Everybody on the staff was friendly and had a smile on the face and the waitress that we were lucky to have was very friendly and good one of my better dining experiences ever If you have a chance to go I would say definitely go!

We have been eating our way through Cuban cusine our whole holliday. Doce Provisions is the best place we have eaten food in Miami! The food is flavorful, in brilliant combinations of sweet and savory. The salad was crisp with a lovely mojo. Regarding ambience i would recomend the outdoor dining area; beautiful artwork and foliage gives the perfect background to bring your significant other! Will come again! If i could give Michelin stars i would!
Very happy that I decided to make a reservation. The restaurant has a beautiful outdoor. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The mahi mahi was so juicy and crunchy. We were a party of 10 and ordered a great variety of food and everything was delicious. Will definitely recommend and visit again!
Chorizo croquettes are off the chain delicious! This place may be a block or two off the regular walking area of little Havana but it is well worth the visit! Great food music and service awaits your mid day siesta while you try to avoid the worst of the sun.
