Was not happy visiting, was thinking about asking for a custom cake and not only was it not very welcoming but when I taste there cakes they were dry and to much cream on it. The cake itself was just unpleasantly. Recommend highly to taste there cakes before buying there custom. I won't be getting cakes there. Pinecrest bakery makes better cakes.
I’ve done three visits at this bakery. I live in DC and travel to Miami at least twice a year and it’s my favorite place. Jessy helped me out the second time I went and she was super nice. The first time it was someone else who wasn’t a people person. I felt uncomfortable but I loved the cake so much and decided to go back. I’m glad I did because jessy changed my perspective on this bakery. I also inquired about a cake on Instagram and whoever chatted with me was super nice and patient with me. I hope when I return to Miami I can order myself a cake and share with my loved ones. I highly recommend the vanilla rum with dulce de leche. I’ve tried all flavors and they are great. This place is truly my fav bakery! I can’t wait to go back. If you are in Miami do yourself a favor and stop by to pick up some amazing cake slices.
Terrible place. We ordered a cake for my 9 year old’s birthday. It was supposed to come at 1pm but it never did. They didn’t give us any warning that the cake would be late. I called them at 2pm and they said the delivery was late, that it was going to come at 3pm. At that point I told them the party was over and that they should cancel the delivery because I no longer wanted it. I then demanded a refund because they didn’t bring the cake on time, and they told me they could only give me credit for the store! This is crazy. I should be given a refund and an apology. They didn’t deliver the cake and they didn’t give me any warning that it would be late. Do *not* patronize this spot.
I have to say I had a great service. My wedding cake was just the way I asked for, the attention from Jessica was great despite the hard work she had for Valentine's day, good costumer service and tasty cake and fillings, I hope to order again for my celebrations!
This is a $268 cake and I could’ve done a better job. There was no effort put into this cake, I’m very disappointed. Please save your money.
we payed $650 dor the cake, and the first thing we saw was a piece of hair. When we called them instead of them apologizing thay said really disrespectful things.

I paid almost $500 and I never receive my cake. When I went to pick it up It wasn’t finished and it looked horrible. They told me they will fix it and later deliver it. They never delivered the cake. I have been trying to get my money back because I don’t want any store credit from that place. THEY SIMPLY DON’TCARE!! It is unbelievable how this people keep doing business which such a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They are just terrible ..A friend of mine bought a cake ..Looked good on outside but the inside burnt..They need to shut this place down or report them...They got nothing but fake pics on their Instagram page...They get a triple 000 from me
