Food took over an hour was sent back 3 times only to notice they would put the plate in the microwave. The manager finally came to the table (Alaine) and with a horrible attitude told us that no one was going to help us except him and that the reason why they couldn’t get my order right was because no one wants to work and that they can’t hire anyone. (Horrible excuse). Ive never seen such horrible customer service.
I went after dance practice in the late AM and had a great experience with the waitress Maritza! She manages a lot of tables at this hour but she doesn’t fail to still be attentive and super nice. Talk to Maritza too she’s got stories for days!
Maritza was great to us. I wish she had more help because she was going all over the place working so hard taking care of everyone. If you come on down, if Maritza is there you're set cause she's a real hard worker

They take a long time to serve you and the food quality it’s not that great. Most important thing be aware that tip/gratuity it’s already included in the ticket and when you swap the card it asks you again for the tip for you to choose the percentage of the tip. According to the waitress not always the gratuity it’s included in the receipt… that they can’t control that.
I came to have breakfast. The manager was really attentive and polite. The food was great!!! Great prices and different breakfast to choose from. Thank you ??? ☕
Good kitchen and service. Prices are what they are, the days of $1.99 grand slams are long gone. The reason for the 4☆ is that the restaurant needs some TLC/updating, the seating area is good but slightly shows some rough edges. Other areas need an update, especially the restrooms and the entrance/reception/cashier area.The service was great, Katt did a marvelous job and the cook prepared the plates on point. This is definitely one of the better Denny's, unfortunately many others are just dumpster fires ???.Our visit was in the late evening.
My wife and i came for dinner. We where greeted by John R. He was an excellent server and was taking care of practically everything. He was taking orders, hosting and cleaning/sanitizing all while keeping his head and spirits up. This guy deserves recognition and this is the kind of people that are needed at dennys

Don't even try to go after 10am on a weekend - they are unable to handle the breakfast rush. Food quality crashes and the time it takes to get breakfast food becomes ridiculous. Semi OK during the week.
