Great experience because of the waitress. The food is ok, very unhealthy but tasty. I had a hard time digesting everything. Don't go there if your in a diet ;)
Worst experience I have ever had for a birthday. Denny’s sent me an email for a “birthday promotion” since I have had an account with them for over a year. I went there with my girlfriend today and showed the email to the kind waitress and proceeded to order the “FREE Triple Double Slam” for my birthday and a couple of other items. After we ate I showed the manager the email again and then they told me they don’t know how to find the Barcode they need to scan so will be forced to pay for the item which is clearly FALSE ADVERTISING to scam me into getting something I had no intention getting otherwise. After the manager refused to help me locate the so called barcode he then started to belittle me and proceeded to publicly humiliated by claiming that quote:“it’s not his fault I am BROKE” and “that I shouldn’t go out if I don’t have the money”. During this whole process I staid calmed even when manager kept insulting me for coming there for my birthday. I was then forced to pay for the items and even left a tip since it wasn’t the waiters fault the management was so terrible at Denny’s. UNBELIEVABLE way to start your day! Can’t believe Denny’s would allow managers like this to interrogate their customers over a promotional item.?
I gotta say that the food and service is actually pretty good at this location. Server was fast and the food was prepared correctly. The food actually loced like the pics...extremely pleased!
I always eat at Dennis on my trips, the staff is very friendly and food is as expected, but this location is far run down if not the most run down facility.
Friends and I enjoyed breakfast. Had a 15min. Wait but the waitress was nice
Food is great! The waiters are great and very kind. We have never ever had a soup serverd hot at an Denny's and here they served the best soup we've tasted at a Dennys (and hot to!)
Denny’s is amazing… when you’re drunk. I had it sober for the first time today and holy grossness in my mouth. I’ll probably have explosive diarrhea later. We’ll see. I’m not really a picky eater but this is not ok. There are way too many sober people keeping this place in business. Do better Denny’s. Sincerely, Sober Jenn.Don’t worry, Drunk Jenn still loves you.
At about 3 in the morning I will admit that this place sucks. Maybe it’s better during the day but it smells and feels a little musty. I would recommend going to the ihop much better service. Waited 10 minutes to get acknowledged then waited an additional 10 before we left.I’m leaving 2 stars because maybe the service is better at regular hours.
