This place was a hot mess the day I went. Employees weren’t the friendliest and honestly, neither were some of the customers.I got a smaller version of a meal but didn’t expect it to be as tiny as it was. If I hadn’t been hungry and it hadn’t been so late, I probably wouldn’t have had dinner here.
The food was very good, the desert was amazing, we had cheesecake strawberry and was way better than the Cheesecake Factory. Our server she was doing everything: hostess, waiter, to go, cashier and she did a good job ?. Denny’s is Denny’s an American fast food restaurant.

I get it, it's Denny's but this place was TERRIBLE! I asked for well done hash browns, well done bacon, and well toasted English Muffin with over medium eggs. I got over hard eggs & half cooked everything else. My Husband's food was even worse considering he didn't order anything well done, plus it was cold. The table next to us was complaining as well. The ONLY saving grace here is that our waitress was friendly.
We went in for a late night dessert. Ordered their signature ice cream cookie cake served on a griddle and a piece of cheesecake. Both excellent! Fantastic coffee. Heavy mugs. Loved loved the service! Haven’t been to a Denny’s in years but would go back based on my experience.
The attention of the managers is terrible, not even when you enter they tell you to wait, or at least good night, I had to approach one of them and when I arrived she simply told me that she is very busy, the rest of the person who attended me was excellent, they should place more educated, cheerful, eager to work and more positive people
I was standing for 1 hour waiting to order something, everyone keep asking who's next to be seated, one guy came ahead of me and place his order, after him it was supposed to be me, the Spanish lady didn't even look at me, when I ask to speak with the manager, they said if I am not eating here I have yo order online. The latino when they see black people in front of them,they always treat us a type away. Why the all time I was waiting? She didn't tell me that o had to order online? It was very disrespectful ? I am a healthcare professional and unfortunately I cannot treat people the same.

It’ll be a LONG time if any before I return to THIS Biscayne location. Your worker Nirna needs an adjustment because her ego is too fragile. I witness her actually call the police on a customer(s) who had been waiting for a hefty time along with another separate customer who phone died waiting so long bt kept trying to tell them the order name, as she went back n forth avoiding waiting customers causing the line to grow longer and more impatient and customers began to leave, those entering turned around to exit also. Even if she was overwhelmed communication is KEY!. There was a middle age gentleman came to assist bt end up telling the complaining customer to “you need to be quiet I’m fixing it”. The free lance professionalism is bad for business. Especially with this location close to good revenue. Workers may need to retrain or fix their customer service attitudes . It took almost 1hr & a half to 2hr for me to get my food. Good thing the young man with the glasses ? came up front to inform guess about the delay and all “to-go” orders are ONLINE only!. The orders had to be shut down for an Hour, with a less than half full establishment. This location use to be dependable… for locals and visitors.
Denny's used to be one place where you can reliably get soup whether you feel sick or it's cold out. Well, this past Saturday which was one of the coldest days in Miami, they had no soup at 430PM. They were also down to just one dessert - cheesecake (although it was yummy.I also have cool memories of this place coming back from Space & Karu back in the days, to the occasional post Art-Walk dinner lately..munching on Nachos, pancakes, etc.Service was pleasant and pretty attentive though.
