This was actually the saddest experience I've had at a Denny's and on my birthday. I came in at 10:30 with my boyfriend to have a little birthday dinner he wanted to treat me to. But this quickly turned into a bad experience, the staff tonight was not attentive at all the girl with black hair who didn't give us her name had taken our order and got our appetizer to us and proceeded to ignore us for the next hour. My boyfriend accidentally spilled coffee and had to get more paper from the bathroom as she saw it happen and only brought one towle and left the table wet. Order put in by latest 10:50 and I had to go up to the front to get her attention and it's when she realized our food was sitting at the window for who knows how long. When she placed the plates she just threw it all over the table without a care for what is who's and left. The food was cold by the time we started eating. We got up asked politely for those items to be taken off and paid for our two coffees and nachos and left. We will not be returning to this location.
It suck’s, poor service, never even asked if I wanted more coffee, that’s the least you could do! With , sorry server
Terrible curbside pickup experience. I arrived at the designated time they told me to arrive, and called the Dennys number the receipt said to call to let them know I was there. I ended up calling 6 times. No one picked up. I had to get off and go tell them I was there to pick up my order. Which the lady at the pick up counter told me wasn’t ready. It was 5 minutes pass the maximum window of time they gave for it to be ready but I said ok to please bring it out to me when it was. I go back to my car. 10 more minutes pass. Now we’re at 15 minutes pass the maximum time you were suppose to wait for the order to be ready. I call again and finally someone answers. They acted annoyed at my phone call but thankfully my order was finally ready and they brought it out. The kicker is when I got home - the side order of bacon I paid for wasn’t there and the hashbrowns were almost completely undercooked. Really bad experience all around. Will not be returning to this Dennys and telling other people the same.
Sunday 1pm, plenty of empty seats , but they make you wait and then they stick you in the back where they stuck a long table for big party so close to booths , that if you want to get up you would have to ask people in the middle to push their chair, plus all people walking the that little hallway to bathrooms. Outrageous and unnecessary setting when we still not out of pandemic.
Food cold hash browns eggs and bacon. Gravy was watery and tastless even with pepper added. I ordered regular coffee, my mom ordered decaf. When we asked for refills she poured coffee into our mugs from same pot so we said no, one is decaf. She said they don't have any regular coffee today. Wondering why she wouldn't have said that from the beginning. I would have ordered a coke. She had terrible attitude. We have never been to a Dennys this horrible. Do not stop at this one. Go to the next closest one
Waitress was nice but she looked tired and told us she and another guy were the only two servers, however only six tables were occupied. We had to wait more than what is expected for our food and one of the dishes was wrong. We felt sorry for her but at the same time not well attended because I don’t think six tables for two servers are too many.I am not going there again.
The experience was horrible. I waited 1 hour and a half...and left because my food didn't arrive. the service was very bad..
Sat down quickly, oder taken. Then when more food was ordered, server never rang it in. Then took too long to come out. So decided to cancel it. Usually never like this.
The worst Manager everThe servers are lovely, but the manager doesn't know how to take care about it, i found a hair on my plate, i just get advise the server about it and she saw it so she take out of my table... like 2 min came to me a guy asking me about what happen i told him in good spirits i gound a hair and he told me but come on at the end of the plate? What do you want pankakes or discount on it? I told him no i want my lunch with out hair and he with his bad attitude told me there wasn't a hair on the plate, making me feel as i am a lier I told him ask to the server she saw it... how he act makes me feel offended and I decided to pay just what my kids eat so he came and told me do not pay anything i told him you have first to ask what happen and latter come to the client and give solutions
They sat us rather quickly but after we ordered it took about an hour to get our food. We ordered breakfast and when we got the pancakes I noticed that it didn't look like anything that was in the menu. (The attached picture shows what the menu shows vs what we received). When I asked the waitress about it she said, "I understand that it doesn't look like the one in the menu but we have a new chef and that's how he does it." Shouldn't they train the chefs? The waitress didn't even bother to take it back or offer us a new one. She dismissed it right away and thought it should be acceptable. These are not $2.00 pancakes. If they can't cook it the right way then it should be removed off the menu or not offered. And they didn't even taste that good so it was not just a matter of appearance.
