Not the biggest fan of breakfast food but they do make good eggs and sausages here along with their fluffy pancakes. I don’t like to dine in for some employees tend to be quick and rude around the afternoons. And the fact they don’t answer their phones too often is concerning, for its dire to those in need to further their meal instructions due to allergies, which isn’t addressed in all platforms when online ordering.
Lousy establishment, they should close it due to poor hygiene and deplorable conditions on this site. When I entered they had a part of the room on the left closed because the roof leaks and to collect the water they put two gray tanks with a horrible churre. The waitresses, in order not to walk, what did they do, opened that station and left the tanks right there. A fungus stench and horrible humidity. The city of miami should ensure these conditions in businesses where food is sold.
This place is a hit or miss, and even when it hits it’s not that good.If you get seated in a corner they forget about you.Burger I ordered arrived wrong (full of vegetables etc) was told they would remake it, the hostess returned in like 2 min. All she did was toss the toppings as if I would not notice.Other tables receiving their drinks while we were waiting on ours too.
These people have no idea how to run a business. I've had occasional problems with them but this one takes the cake. I placed an order on UberEATS for the bourbon bacon burger. It arrived pretty quickly, but it was completely missing the cheese, there was only ONE strip of bacon on it, and part of the top bun was missing as well. Aside from that, the burger itself was cold, dry, and flavorless, and looks like the ingredients were just thrown into a box so as to resemble a burger.I've tried calling the restaurant at least ten times in the last half hour. No response whatsoever despite being open 24 hours. Every call eventually just hangs up. They clearly don't care about customer service. As a result, they just lost a long time customer.
The food was decent. The cleanliness of the restaurant was horrible.
Great experience today at this location!!!!!I would of given more stars but the review only allows5-star rating.My wife and have been here twice. The first time was excellent. Good service and pleasant atmosphere to dine.However, today we met a host by the name of “Rand”.The young man took our order and never failed to ask if we needed anything else to let him know and assure that our food was served right, he kept our drinks full and stopped by our table to make small talk and make us feel comfortable.Rand is one of a kind and if you meet him as your server, please take care of him. You won’t forget his upbeat attitude and humble character.This is what makes a true “service provider” in any customer related business.I will definitely come back and enjoy another pleasant day with my wife, friends and children.Hopefully Rand will be our host again ????Thank you Dennys for hiring such an excellent young man!!!!!!!
I had not been at this Denny's in years... I took my grandson for breakfast on Sunday, January 23, and we were so lucky to have a server by the name of ANGELICA who provided us with outstanding service. She was not only sweet, friendly and helpful in every way but she was so fast in getting our order and food out that I was amazed. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely bring my family back and ask for her to serve us.
