I would rate this 3 1/2 stars because 3 is a little underrated based on my experience. The food was 100% excellent. The service was exceptional and the area was good. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars was because of the cleanliness of the restrooms and some of the seating areas. I suppose the area that I was seated at must've served children because there was jelly on the seats. It was brought to the attention of the staff and they did clean it so it wasn't anything alarming.. the bathroom's weren't properly stocked with paper towels and there was a smell that wasn't pleasant. However it was still functional and didn't make my experience terrible. Overall pretty good.
My husband and I always enjoy our breakfast and great coffee. thank you Soany for the great service.

We had no waiting time for the table, but the Service was not pretty good.Smoothie and juice came immediately but for coffee we waited 10 min.10 min later the breakfast came, but we had no flatware, some things were missing, Toast came later, pancakes came too late, we were already finished with breakfast, no napkin and -that's important- the service tried not to hurry up, no sorry.Positiv: the food was goodWe gave no Tip because of this Service.I understand, that sunday morning is a lot to do, but waiting for Coffee could be avoided and partly serving the food is a no-go1 week later:Once again a breakfastThe service from Manny was great, thanks
I have never had such bad service as I did.. First of all the table was dirty.. they sat us down without giving us utensils.. they brought us coffee which was cold.. and couldn't stir anything cause we didn't have utensils ? then they brought the food.. ( only 1/2 of it ) after my family finished, she decided to bring the other 1/2. It was burned.. I understand working in a restaurant is hard.. my son is a chef himself.. and the stories are outrageous.. But he doesn't take it out on customers... Need to get people who want to work.. last time I go
Worst Denny’s we’ve ever been to.Waitress took our order then disappeared.Table was sticky. Obviously hadn’t been cleaned. Plates and coffee cups were dirty.Food arrived ice cold. Coffee and tea arrived after meal. Never saw waitress again. Complained to the manager who basically did nothing.Two other tables walked out while we were eating. Restaurant was empty so that wasn’t the problem.Manager gave a $4.02 discount. Cost after discount $27.04. Didn’t even eat half.Zero friendliness.
Good service, good server. One of the cleanest Denny's I've ever ate at. They are very nice the food is awesome. The servers are very respectful with others. The service was quick. I enjoy my meal.
I ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and muffin. I got hash browns as extra. My hash browns had a long metal wire mixed in. I went back and got a refund. The manager said the workers were cleaning the utensils around the time my order was made. I was in disbelief!
This restaurant is clean, the food is great and I felt welcomed. Having visited other establishments that weren’t up to par, I appreciated the cleanliness. I may have found my new restaurant home in Cutler Ridge/Cutler Bay Area. Kudos to the location manager and the staff for the enjoyable experience. I’m looking forward to my next meal at Denny’s!
Had a great time with my family. It was my sister birthday. I did not know Denny's would sing Happy Birthday but my server and a couple of other servers did. Very kind a thoughtful I will be back again.
