I am saying this because I want to make things better hopefully the owners of the restaurant will read this , I went to have lunch today and the food was amazing but the AC was not working properly and they were a lot flies at the restaurant that’s not acceptable, please fix the AC and buy UV light traps your clients deserved better than that ,please don’t take this wrong ,my advise don’t take things fro granted that’s my advise for you
Too bad...( in the restaurant).The waitress has a terrible attitude ??? very nervous about a new system that she not understand yet. About the bakery and store nothing to said because I bought only one item. The food... I still feel so bad. I had nausea and stomach problems ?I ordered omelet sandwich, coffee with milk ... for two people. And...Too slow service ?
We got a small tabla de serrano, cantipalo y queso manchego as an appetizer, 2 ordes of huevos a la flamenca with patatas bravas as mains and crema Catalana for dessert. Everything was on point! Absolutely delicious mix of food. We used the bread that they give you with the tabla and made mini sandwiches and they were famazing, having the patatas with the eggs was delicious as well and the crema wasn't so sweet so it was perfect!
I have been calling over the phone to both stores yesterday and today, and nobody answers the phone ever! I don't understand how come the managers do not pay attention to this. Customer Service, very very poor. The food is great, but answer the phones because you are losing customers due to this.
Great selection of Spanish delicatessen fairly priced.Only one cash register, took 20 minutes to pay. Poor service.
We decided to stop to have a nice bottle of wine and some tapas while we were making time to go to our next commitment, and the server was very nice and helpful, but she explained that she was being pressured by management to have us ordering more than that. The place was half empty and there was no one waiting to be seated, so we were perplexed. So since they were basically kicking us out we decided to ask for the bill and leave. Aside from that, terrible illumination and the attention from the cashier in the market was awful. Never going back there again
We dined, shopped and bought from the bakery. The food is always great, the waitress was very helpful despite it being busy and the store clerk was helpful and personable however the bakery attendant was annoyed with my questions and probably having a bad day she got the layered spanish tortilla completely wrong and said it was made of crab which it was not...spinach, egg, asparagus and potato omelets layered with mayonnaise in between and topped with melted cheese...it was delicious! The crusty bread transported us back to Spain...my grandson couldn't stop eating it!
Great place to find authentic grocery items from Spain. They also have delicious and amazing desserts ideal for dinner parties or parties. Plenty of parking too. It is a bit pricey, but worth it.
I went to buy manchego cheese and Serrano ham. And other Spanish goodies. It was really good impeccable place great selection. Can't wait to go and eat patatas a la brava!
