Great Italian spot for delicious authentic Italian food. I wish they had a free standing restaurant instead of the food court but still very good food
Very good authentic food (for not having an Italian staff) but the staff is hit or miss as far as good service. Since the tip is not optional and is included they feel they can give bad service. Changes the 4 stars to a 1 star because I left a message and the owner has not returned my call. I have eaten at this location many times and the take out they gave us had half the portion as normal and they said take it or leave it. This is totally unacceptable!! I still don’t see the point to pay tips on takeouts as there’s no cleanup required.
The food here is delicious but the customer service is the worst! They have the nerve to automatically charge 15% gratuity when you pay and they do not bring the food to your table nor help if you need anything else...then it asks you for additional tip on top!! Not even bread comes with your meal and to be a cafeteria with no server I feel $25-30 per plate is ridiculous. I hope the owner reads these reviews and finally employs better worker that enjoy people, speak proper English and friendly!
***If I could give 0 stars, I would.***Extremely terrible service. The new owners are very rude. We had to wait 20 minutes for the third entréeto come out after we received the first two, all for the cashier to start making gestures and speaking very rudely and aggressively to us in Spanish. After the food, which was awful, they did not give us the dessert we paid for. We spoke to the manager, and he also did not care. The chef is no longer Italian, and the food is not at all authentic. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
Have no idea how people eat there but I was very disappointed. For 26$ they gave me uncooked rice and shrimps. Like really,they said you can change the food but all I wanted just to leave that place as soon as possible. Horrible dish I had ,like a first time kid was trying to cook. Basically this place deserves 2 stars because of good stuff, they were very polite and tried to change the food but their chef should go back to school to learn how to cook because this meal was one of the horrible one in my life
Tiny spot, but I think they might make the best pasta I’ve tried in Miami. Never tasted a better Al dente pasta like the kind they make here other than in Italy. Must try!!

Delicious! Totally unexpected to find this little gem in the corner of Mia Market. Fresh handmade pasta for the soul! Have the risotto with shrimp and asparagus, you will not be disappointed. The service was also outstanding.
Poor customer service. They made pasta, and it was too sour. I asked them whether they could make new the same pasta. They said that we could make a new pasta and if it’s going to be the same let us know. I have eaten this pasta five times before, and it was very delicious. Lady who work there tell me that I’m not the first person who tells them that pasta is sour. The second pasta was sour too, and when I asked them whether they could make a different pasta, the owner said that he will not make any pasta again for me. I was confused because they told me to let them know if the second pasta would be sour, and we would help you with it. They don't care about clients. they did not offer an alternative and lost a regular customer.
Fantastic experience. It was nothing short of a wonderful time. I called a few days prior and spoke to the owner about making a reservation. She was so so sweet when we spoke. I had to tell multiple friends after hanging up just how nice and personable she was about my request. She accommodated my family, a party of 10 without hesitation and told me to message her if I needed help with finding the restaurant as we were visiting from out of town.The food was authentic and very delicious. My family and I ordered the truffle pasta, meatballs, eggplant parmigiana, bucatini with burrata, risotto, and orecchiette. Everyone loved their food. It comes out fresh and hot. You can tell they are very passionate about what they do. I would recommend this for anyone looking for great, authentic Italian food.
