Super sweet staff! And amazing ice cream! Clean place as well!
The employees were very nice and the place was clean but the place is too small. When there are a few people in line people are standing over you seated at the table and because the tables are in their way they spread about in between tables. That makes it very uncomfortable.
Very clean, great service but felt bad for the gentleman providing service. He was alone and had a few customers in line. But he was very sweet.
Typical Diary Queen in a strip shopping center. The two employees were doing a great job of taking orders and serving. Very efficient. There are a few booths and chairs to sit and eat inside. No outdoor seating.
My favorite DQ location in Miami! The owner is extremely nice and caring. The service is quick and efficient and my ice cream is always great. Best DQ in Miami.
This place is my happy place!!! The owner is usually there and makes a great blizzard! His care is what business need bow a days. There is also a young woman who is very quiet who makes a blizzard that you will want for the rest of your life. Ask to upgrade your toppings “4x” which you will be billed 4 times the toppings for… BUT its soooo worth it!!!!!
The location and the actual building very clean.Family orientated.Owner very patience.
If I could give 0 stars, I would! I ordered a customizable cake and it was a complete disaster. The cake was not decorated, it barely had any of the ingredients I asked for, missing the fudge that all DQ cakes have, and worse of all it was falling apart. I called to complain, and they said they would only refund me if I brought the cake back uncut. I obviously had to cut it to see how it was made. I guess they were planning on reselling it to someone else. Overall terrible customer service.
Terrible!! Worst Dairy Queen. The workers here are extremely rude, unhelpful, and unable to make customized orders.
This is a nice location past the Falls shopping center if you are coming from US-1 north. Unlike the one located near Dadeland mall, this one has plenty of parking. The only thing I hate about Dairy Queen is the employees no longer knows how to make a Malt shake or don't have a clue what it is. Unlike a regular milkshake a malt shake has a distinctive flavor ( you can Google its origin) that brings memories of Elvis era and jukebox music. Don't waste your extra money ordering one because Is the only thing I order from Dairy Queens and nobody make it right or people can't tell the difference or both.
