Phillip Palomino, i can answer your question: THEY ARE CLONING THE CARDS, THIS IS WHY THEY ARE TAKING A LONG TIME WITH US.I am not totally blaming the staff, maybe THEY ARE TRAINED TO DO IT WITHOUT KNOWING IT, BUT EVERYTHING SHOWS THAT THE OWNER IS DOING IT.PLEASE IF ANYONE THAT IS COMING TIME TO TIME OR CONTINUOUSLY COMES TO DAIRY QUEEN AND HAS HAD ANY CHARGE ON THEIIR CARD WITHOUT HAVING DONE IT YOURSELF( IT IS ONE OF THE VERY FEW STORES WITH THE CARD MACHINE INSIDE, THEY TAKE YOUR CARD AWAY AND PUT NUMBERS ON THE SAME CARD MACHINE INSIDE, THEY TAKE YOUR CARD AND TAKE A LONG TIME THIS TIME I WAS INSIDE, NOT AUTO- SERVICE, AND THEY TAKE MY CARD AND PRESS SOME BUTTOMS OF NUMBERS IN THE SAME CARD MACHINE AND TAKE MINUTES TO GIVE ME THE CARD) IF SOMEONE HAD AN EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLEASE REPORT IT INMEDIATELY TO THE POLICE AND WRITE HERE THE EXPERIENCE. This location has the worst quality Ice cream…. Will not be returning. There are other better Dairy Queen locations in Miami
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dairy Queen. Took 20 minutes to get a double cheeseburger with everything and fries. Got my order fries cold, single cheese burger plain with WAY TOO much mustard and ketchup. Threw away $9 of food without eating a single bite and went to Sonic.
I had the best experience at this location! I called in and spoke with Cathy and told her my boyfriend loves the treatzz pizza’s (but they are too small for the amount of people we needed to accommodate) and wanted to know if she was able to make it in a cake form. And she said of course, the cake was probably the best ice cream cake we’ve ever had. I appreciate how she accommodated my request with no hesitation and made it extra special with two different flavors and decorated it beautifully! Thanks Cathy it was a hit!
I love the customer service at this DQ. I normally use the drive thru but today I went inside. They were quick and even let me try a small spoon of an ice cream flavor that I never tried before.
If you are craving a delicious treat, this is the place for you. Management rocks, customer service rocks, and the desserts are simply divine.
This DQ has been around since I was a child. Now I'm taking my children there for sweet treats. The owner and staff are awesome. The same great quality and service since, love it.
Review is solely based on how SLOW the service is there. They will close the walk-in lobby area and make it drive thru only to only find the line wrapping around the parking area and barely moving. What the hell they are doing back there that it takes them forever just to serve pre-made ice cream blows my mind.Please get your act together and allow customers the option to walk in the lobby or wait in the drive thru.
Ice creams are great. Their schedule is very strange. You never know when they will be opening. Sometimes their store is not open, but drive thru is. Wait times range from 10 to 15 min. Line moves quickly.
They don't allow orders from the DQ App, they don't honor the birthday rewards and no one answers their phone. Drive through service only with long lines.
