I have ordered twice from this location and the food is good. However, the first time I ordered I called and made sure that they added utensils as I am out in the street and eat in the go. The gentleman that took my call assured me that he would add utensils. When it arrived, no utensils were added. I ordered today for a second time and my coke arrived hot. Not because it got hot on the way, but because I could clearly see that this coke had never been refrigerated to begin with. You guys have good food but these things fueled by carelessness need to be addressed. If you are out and about and order food and it arrives with no utensils, how do you eat it ?? Hot soda, who can drink a hot soda ?? Come on !!
Staff had an obvious lack of concern for customers, stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes wondering where all the staff was before realizing they were all on their phones in the dining booths. Disappointing because their food is usually awesome, which is why is has 2 stars instead of 1, total loss of appetite after that. Would be a smart business decision to find replacements asap!
Excellent choice to celebrate National Nursing Home week!Cuban Guys Food trucks have been chosen for the past 4-5 times for whatever celebration we have. Previously they were more choices to choose from, including their famous Bowl. This last time, however; there were only four choices to pick from.Regardless, it was really yummyI do recommend it if you have a big crowd to please!
We went for a quick lunch at the location on 107 ave and 72 street and it was a pleasant surprise. Food tasted good and the prices are still affordable. I liked the Cuban frita, which was better than in other frita places.
Not happy, the Midnight sandwich/Media noche was not done right at all. I took a picture for those that don't know what a Cuban Media Noche is (picture from the location wall). All my life this has been my favorite Sandwich. Never with shredded pork meat it's with layers of pork slices, ham slices and swiss cheese with pickle, mayonnaise and mustard, but too much mustard, that's all I treated, it was dripping. My husband got a Cuban sandwich, it was okay. Now, my mamey shake and mango juice was great. Clean place. For our first time trying Cuban Guys Sandwich place, not satisfied. Cutting corners does effect even a recipe. Good luck!

went to Cuban Guys on 107 and Sunset. Had the chicken sandwich.It was more bread then chicken. the bread tasted old. over priced. Cuban Guys not the same quilty like before.
I order a pan con bistec, I was so disappointed no taste at all. No onions and the crunchy chips were all saggy. I got the mashed potatoes balls I order 5 and they sent me only 3. They got 2 stars because the mashed potatoes were actually good. I was so excited to try this place but unfortunately it was a disaster for me.
My nephew from Colorado came to visit and all he wanted was a Cuban sandwich. So we went to Cuban Guys....YUM! He got his wish and was completely overjoyed. Every person ordered something different, and we were all happy and full. What a great place!
