The food is absolutely delicious, the quality of the ingredients is always fresh and consistent! Also, the service and staff are always friendly and caring!I come 3-4 times a week because each time the experience is better than the previous one! And the place is beautiful inside, which is a super plus!!Favorite place in Miami! Very recommended!
I have to agree with an earlier review - the food is okay and customer service from the gentleman at the counter taking orders this afternoon was poor. I pick up lunch at crema at least once a week, not because the food is great but frankly good enough when I do not have a lot of time for lunch. I always order a chicken Caesar salad and remove the croutons for beets. The clerk taking my order, who I assume has some managerial role because he was in a black shirt and not wearing an apron, replied that I couldn’t do that. I explained I’ve made this request before without push back. He was more concerned with who and how that request had been accommodated in the past and the distinction between a crouton and beets than actually accommodating the request. Ultimately he charged extra for the beets, which is fine. From his resistance I should have known better than to ask, but I also asked that the chicken be chopped instead of the usual chicken slices that are served. I was placing a to go order and frankly hate chopping their chicken with the cheap disposable utensils provided. To that he insisted it was impossible and a policy of crema because it was a matter of presentation and that if they did it for me they had to do it for everyone. To which I said, “so the policy of crema is not to accommodate customer requests.” I pointed out that this was a to go order and the presentation would not be viewed by anyone but me, he was not persuaded. When I got back to my office I found these giant, difficult to pinch beet chunks (which in the past have come finely chopped) in my salad and dry chicken slices. If he is managing the customer experience and employees, I imagine this location will see attrition as to both.
Limited street parking but some garages around. There's some construction as well. Pet friendly it seems, we saw a small dog indoors. I didn't see any outdoor seating though. You order up at the front and grab a number and they bring everything to you. Spacious and comfortable seating. I ordered the croissant breakfast sandwich and my boyfriend ordered the breakfast sandwich. We both ordered a latte with 2 shots. Both were delicious and the staff is friendly. Our total came to ~$33 before tax and tip.Cute and relaxing atmosphere!
We were in Miami beach for 4 days and ate breakfast 2x here. Loved everything about our experience. Coffee was excellent, nice variety of breakfast options, busy- but quick, casual, and delicious. We got smoothies, the acai bowl, the pancake breakfast and oatmeal. We walked here both times with our stroller and the restaurant was perfect for a family. Tables are spaced out enough that we could roll our stroller up to the table. Plenty of healthy and filling options at fair prices. I just can't say enough good things about this place and would recommend to anyone!
Cafe was lovely and clean and the staff were always welcoming. Would recommend for coffee, cake and meals.
Such a cute little place for coffee and some food. I got the Cortado and it was delicious!
Food was great but the services was bad, I think they was short staffed. We need it jelly and butter for our breakfast and when I try to ask the lady working behind the cashier for it she said I have to stand in line again. So I had to walk behind the counter and pick up the butter and the jelly.
Better than a hotel breakfast. Save money and eat well. AND they know how to make coffees. Friendly staff
We had brunch today at Crema (Faena Bazaar, Collins Ave ). The place is beautiful. The coffee is really good and food was great. Not that expensive compared to other restaurants. Definitely worth it!
For a coffee it’s ok, BUT for the rest of the menu the quality is low. When they opened the business it was better, but they’re getting bad with the time. Today we’ve waited for 37 minutes for a salmon bowl and honestly the portion was really poor and the taste was poor. I’ve been a customer from they opened but today was the last chance to get food there. Is not cheap, the customer service is poor, the time for get the food is crazy and the taste is poor too. So I don’t recommend this place.
