As their slogan goes, this is definitely not your average cafe and the 3.9 stars are not fair. Most negative reviews are regarding service, and i suspect its because of covid and being short staffed... but the food quality is amazing. Im Italian and a super foody whom loves to eat. My wife and I ended up going here 3 days in a row because the variety and quality of food was so tasty. Coffee is good and food is great including, which includes breakfast and lunch options. Crema also has a delicious protien shake called the Popeye which may be the best shake/smoothie I've ever had.One of the days we visited Crema they were completely packed but still managed to deliver our food within a timely manner and the service was just fine. Seems like they fixed their service issues and i highly recommend this restaurant.
Food is fresh and delicious.You wait in line and order.The only disappointment which I saw with other tables as well. Is my friends salad and smoothie came out and my simple sandwich came out 15 minutes later. Also if you are ordering the keto gluten free bread the portion is way smaller seePic 3 but even more expensive. For gf sandwiches I wouldn’t recommend here I would do the salad.Place is clean, variety of options and friendly staff but if your coming for a lunch meeting be prepared to wait and not have food all together .
excelent spot for breakfast, inside and outsite sitting, good menu variety and fast service, this is counter in service, love the latte and carrot cake, for breakfast I recomend the spinach mushroom omelet, if you seat outsite prepare for lot of people and dogs walking near you, its a pretty busy street so depending on what you prefer outside sitting could be a very entretainment option, they offer variaty of deserts and breakfast option like egg salads, sandwich and bowls

If I could give this place minus 5 stars I would. We so wanted it to be good, but unfortunately the negative comments about service are completely accurate. The manager who said his name is Diogo seems to be the main problem. After numerous mistakes making only 2 coffees Diogo stepped in, and turned a slightly bad experience into the worst customer experience we have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and go to any other coffee shop in Brickell.
Absolutely no communication between order taker and barista. Barista got annoyed when questioned about how many shots in americano and I was given a tiny cappuccino despite asking for 12oz. We were treated appallingly and told staff didn’t speak English! Manager went on to tell us he spoke 6 languages and said everyone makes mistakes ( defending staff) when you’re spending about $12 for 2 coffees I feel it’s important you get what asked for not whatever the barista feels like giving.. we took ages explaining to the order taker exactly what we wanted! No apologies but huge annoyance from the manager (he rolled his eyes at us) and barista. A really uncomfortable experience and definitely a minus 5 star
Rip-off: had the Caprese Sandwich for $11.99 - lots of greens and only 4 small slices of mozzarella and tomatoes on the whole 12 inch sandwich! I asked if they made a mistake and they said it is 2 slices per half! Cheapest mozzarella product and even some of the greens were wilted.Sorry, nice idea / concept. But just another overpriced Miami restaurant/ bistro. I Wish that operators focus more at the quality, I would be ok with the price but not if I feel like I get a lot of sand which bread for so much money.
Oh goodness I want to love this place (the food is quite good), but the service is just so so poor again and again. We’ve been at least 10 times and the last 3, part of our parties order was forgotten-yesterday two of the four people in our party didn’t eat until an hour later. No one seemed to be apologetic or care…such a disappointment. We won’t be back again ?
Such a great addition to the neighborhood. They have outstanding coffee and their food is delicious and very fair priced for Brickell. Always busy but never have to wait long
We waited an hour and still didn’t get our food. We watched at least three other tables get their coffee and food that came in after us and when we went inside to check they still hadn’t even started to make our coffees or food. We ended up getting a refund after confronting them. No one gave us any explanation as to what happened and we felt that it was very unprofessional.
