First timer here…Saturday afternoon. No designated parking or a place to sit in and eat. I called in my order. The phone operator didn’t say where I was calling just “ hello? Hello?!!” I asked if it was “conch it up” and he said yea…the call disconnected and then I called back and was transferred to a female who took my order. There is no customer service here at all. Communication is poor, no greeting when you enter. The girls at the counter are inattentive and Impolite. When My order was ready the girl never mentioned it, they had just set it on the counter, despite me sitting right in front of them. Someone else had to let me know it was ready. All orders are cooked to order- you’re basically paying first before your food is cooked. I would have preferred to have to just pick up my order and go but I had to wait for it. I ordered Shrimp Conch and fries for $24.96, the menus online specifically pricing are incorrect and need to be updated. The food had a nice flavor - not wow factor but good. For me it was a small quantity for what you pay- I can’t say it’s really worth it. Customer service is important to me, I won’t return to a restaurant where it lacks this much. Conch it up, you have to do better.
Me and my mom purchase food today and let me tell you I have never taste seafood salad and cabbage this good omg. Everything was so delicious and customer service is beautiful just like the owner. Family owned business I will definitely be back. My son is autistic and hates most food but he is enjoying every bite honey. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Just go park on the side of the church.
I was looking forward to the food. Especially for the fried conch. ? nevertheless, I was like okay. I guessed all the good reviews set my expectations very high. Food is OK but the place needs a make over; however, I'm here for the food. It was OK. Definitely will come back but now I know.... it is what it is.

I went here before. We had the conch and a catfish plate. The conch is fine. Nothing to write home about. Most food is ok. I wouldn't discourage trying it on your own either. May be an acquired taste.
This is a take out style venue. The owner also operates a food truck. My wife and I met her at our granddaughter's day care function. We bought two fried conch dinners. Since then we have been to the restaurant several times. I always go for the friend conch. My wife has the shrimp, which is also great. The shrimp dinners come with mac and cheese and greens.The fried conch is always tender with just the right amount of seasoning. The dinners comes with an ample amount of conch and fries. Conch lovers will not be disappointed.
One thing I like to do is go to a restaurant that cooks food that taste better than what I cook at home. I went to the wrong restaurant for that this time.The chicken was overcooked and hard, the macaroni and cheese was dry, had no taste and the collard greens were good but way to much pepper or whatever spicy seasoning that they used which overwhelmed the natural taste of the greens. With all the good reviews I was expecting something all together different.
Oops! Somebody forgot to put the veggies in Conch Salad. No onions, bell pepper, cucumber, etc. Just conch & juice. I had to add when I got home. Just thought you should know.
