Conch Heaven restaurant is clean and have an island ?️ feel to it when you enter. The food is fresh, cooked when order is placed, and taste excellent. There will be a wait since food is cooked once ordered, so you might want to call in your order to avoid the wait if you're in a rush. The downside is the portion sizes are small. The restaurant should consider putting more food on the plate for the prices they charged. Especially when there are restaurants who serve the same foods and they taste just as good.Parking: Parking is convenient
Service was great to be short staffed and the food was delicious. If you want a true Bahamian experience and great food. Definitely make your way here. I promise you will enjoy.
They were very slow but the conch salad was about 9 out of a 10 rating compared to the Bahamas. I also had the jerk chicken, definitely not a fan of the jersey maybe it was to dry.
The cracked conch and fritters we're fantastic. However, the chicken souse was nothing to talk about. It is just chicken broth with mojo seasoning and pale chicken wings added. It turned me off big time.
We celebrated my birthday here and enjoyed delicious food and the quality matched the price. We will return again. Star was our server and she went above and beyond to provide excellent service! We reseed oxtails, seafood deluxe and conch. The conch burger is also an excellent choice.
We enjoyed the best crack conch and peas and rice.
We waited about 40 minutes for our food but it was delicious, I wanted catfish and grits, but they don't serve catfish so I had the corned beef hash and grits, maybe they should consider adding catfish to the menu, not everyone eats boiled fish.
Horrible restaurant. I’m placing a to go order through a lady who had a New Orleans accent and had a few questions after being told that I was looking at an old menu online. My order came up to over $50 and I wanted to know if they still had the fried shrimp since I was told that the menu was old. I guess I asked too many questions because the lady put me on hold and then a gentle grabbed the phone. I told him I was talking to a lady and want to know if she told him my order and he said “no, she just told me to take the order”. I was like damn… she just passed me on to the next guy. I told him not to worry about it and I’m just going to cancel the order and he said okay. You can tell they have no ownership or interest in the success of the restaurant. I’ve never eaten there before and this was going to be my first time but after that. I’m done. Someone else with better customer service can have my $50 ✌️ and continuous business. Places with great customer service and great food like Catfish Dewey’s ?.
Tried their stew conch, first time having it. It's was different from what I had expected but it was good. Service was also good. Always good to support Caribbean restaurant and to get good service and food in return.
The food was good as always. However, I ordered the oxtails with 1 side for 14.00 and I was charged 14.00 for the oxtail and 2.25 for a side of rice which comes with it. Then my check was 70 plus change. After she ran my card there was an extra charge of 2.35 for a nca charge. That should have been on the 1st receipt so I could see it not after. I had to Google what the nca charge was for. Other than that like always 4 stars.
