Frand Carcamo(Manager)and Amanda the bartender were very friendly. Oh also the pizza was on point. Great good and service....
My experience was really awful. The floor was all wet, they were trying to clean (going very rude) ignoring the costumers making the line. We got there at 9:10pm. After a long wait in line(1hr and 10min) at 10:20pm it was our turn to order when we realized through the upset costumer in front of us that there was not chocolate or vanilla flavors, so I asked for strawberry shortcake(after I confirmed the info was accurate) and the attendant (very rude, and with not gloves on by the way) said “we do not have nor make strawberry shortcake”Then I asked for candy cotton flavor in a cone for my daughter and again their answer was “we only have kids cone, and you can not put any toppings” I said if you are running out of any flavor it would be nice to announce it” we never heard an apology only long faces were showed.End of story we were very disappointed, never going back again.
I went to cold stone, and The gummy bears were dried. But the icecream was delicious.
The ice creams are delicious!! However, the employees must follow sanitary protocol. They are preparing food without gloves. Why am I watching her putting banana on my Ice Cream with her bare hands.?. That didn't sit right with me. And the worst was speaking over the food while preparing or sniffing the milkshake because she wasn't so sure if the flavor was blended and gave the same milkshake to the customer!?. If it wasn't for sanitary reasons, I would give the ice creams five stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐..
The service here was to die for especially the girl with the purple hair was so sweet. She was so patient with my kids I know it was a handful for her because they wanted to try about every flavor but she was very hospitable. After I wasn’t sure how the app worked for my birthday reward she so kindly helped me and explained how it worked. I will definitely be coming back, the ice cream was creamy and mixed just enough to have almost every topping I asked for in each bite. My kids asked for 2 flavors each and the color combinations (Cotton candy and cake batter) looked gorgeous mixed together. I definitely added a pretty tip for her. I did notice her coworker (the girl with the curly hair and braces)also helping us when giving our flavors and being attentive and conversational. They both offered all sorts of ideas on what my boys could get and I couldn’t be happier especially because it was a treat for their good behavior.
yesterday afternoon we decided to take all the mothers in our family for ice cream. (mothers day) and guess what?? we all got food poisoning, (salmonella) even my 9 year old daughter. the only person in my family who did not get sick, was my brother in law, who doesnt like ice cream. It is shameful, for such a great ice cream shop, to have under age kids working with no manager in site, serving dozens of customers, without taking the necessary sanitary precautions, not to mention handling the food and money with the same gloves. I called the store to complain and of course no manager was available, only a teen claiming to be the assistant manager. ??♂️ now 7 people in my family including myself, have diarrhea, stomach pains and nausea ?
I love the ice cream here but sadly the experience was horrible. There’s no name tag, lucky for the employee with the split hair dye. Half pink half black face mask almost always down even thou all the other coworkers had them up unfair to them, had the nastiest attitude. Unfortunately sitting down I noticed I wasn’t the only one given the terrible attitude, every customer she attended received her attitude. Seemed very annoyed with every person she worked on, other times I’ve had other workers there and they’ve attended me nicely. But split hair dye girl did not make my Sunday afternoon. Raise the pay rate for the rest of them who maintained kindness and great customer service.
Four people working. 20 customer waiting in line, and the manager decides to work on refilling ice-cream buckets that were not empty to begin with. One employee works on online orders, the other mopes the floor and a third employee works in the back. Stood in line for one house. Un acceptable.
OMG! That black man has so much attitude, i overheard how he was speaking to a customer.I hope he is not the manager?!?? What has happened to great customer service?
Well, personally I like cold stone creamery, to me their ice cream it's really creamier than most watery ice creams out there. overall the ingredients are very good they're very well organized and the store looks clean everything's separated very properly label makes it easier to pick what you like when you're ordering from them definitely a place to gather with a family enjoy a cold ice cream with all this heat you're in Miami and it's a good fun time to do something of the ordinary and enjoy the valuable time without with our families.
