Its was great and they were funny and nice.
A mediocre and rude experience.yes, they have a great variety of flavors, but unpleasant to the eye and tasteless to the palate... on top of all that, the attitude of the girl who serves, answers the question of ''why that place is almost empty?''An action that worried me a lot was the cross contamination between flavors,the girl extracted different icecream's flavors with the same spoon...Nothing more to say, this place will never see my money again.
The ice cream was good and staff was great but there was no seating available.
How is possible that today Sunday afternoon was just one person helping customer, i can’t understand this… And more than 12 people waiting to order.
Flavors are alright, overly sweet across the board. I’d give 3 stars if the staff at this location were nice or even knowledgeable about their own menu. I’d say it was a fluke, but it’s the 3rd time visiting the location where employees were rude, prepared the ice cream sloppily and half full, and charged incorrectly. Needs better training to get back to passable customer service.
My husband and I when to get some ice cream tonight and there were two girls and a young man working. To begin with nobody said hello or even an knowledge our presence. Finally the young man came up to us an nodded with he’s head just like a gang member and asked us ‘’what can I do for you”. I honestly don’t understand why people in Miami have such a poor education. If you don’t like your job it’s nobody fault.
Customer service is lacking & the sense of urgency is just not there... Plus the last time I went they ran out of items necessary to make the creation I requested & still charged full price so I might be a little salty about that as well

Customer service sucks, the line was up to the door, and the employees just ignore the customers. Instead of helping, one of them was just doing online orders, and helping anyone that came for pickup.
I'm a big Cold Stone fan but my last experience was not what I am used to. I went to the 8448 Sw 8th street location to get a cup of my fav ice cream and the guy just thru flavors, toppings ( whole strawberries and graham crackers without chopping them ) , made a big melted ball and put it in a cup.
