Ordered online, went to pick up the order about 45 minutes later and when I get there they still hadn’t even started preparing my order, so I had to wait 10 minutes for them to make it. When I got home and opened the bag, there were only 3 out of the 4 ice creams I ordered, and on top of that they mixed up the sizes. I called them to ask for a refund and the girl on the phone pretended she couldn’t hear me and hung up. I called back twice and nobody picked up. I understand these mistakes happen from time to time but this was just extremely unprofessional and I will never go back to this location again.
I placed my order online to be picked up at 8:55pm. My husband went to go pick it up and it was before 8:55, maybe 8:40-8:45. Someone asked him if he had an online order and at what time it was to be picked up and he said 8:55. Of course, he wasn’t expecting it to be made yet so he waited. When 8:55 came around, someone went to their freezer where they keep the orders and took ours out. They made him wait 15 mins for an order that was already made and paid for! They literally just had to hand it to him. Ridiculous. Because it was made so early, the strawberries were frozen and I couldn’t even eat them. Don’t understand the reasoning behind making him wait 15 minutes to just hand it to him.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 ice creams to get delivered and I’m not sure how the employees managed to give me both ice creams with multiple LONG hairs in them but that was absolutely disgusting.
I double check my order I'm confident that I did not order my son's ice cream with hairs. Had to throw it out. Not just one hair but as if the ice cream went to the barber shop and swept the floor.
Cold stone ice cream is the best ! My kids love it.

Always the best place for your ice cream fix. I love the banana nut crunch but there is a lot to choose from. The employees are always nice and I love the way that more than one employee will jump on your order and get it done.

Received the worst treatment ever. After taking my order I moved out of the way to keep my distance from everyone else. 1 minute later a unknown employee very rudely tells me " i didnt get your number for no reason. Go to your car". I understand the need to keep distance but would have appreciated to have being told to go to my car at the end of the order not after the next person is taking an order.30 minute wait in the car with no call or text, when I go back and ask what happened, they could not find my order. They never processed it. What a waste of my valuable time. No worries though, that issue will never happen to me again. Great job guys.
