If i could give these young ladies a Zero i would they were about 8 customers in line waiting to order and these 3 young ladies was having a full on conversation in front of everyone they had zero cares about us the customers who were waiting.. who ever owns this location needs to train these girls all over and watch them on your camera to make sure they’re doing there jobs instead of blabbing and carrying on conversations and ignoring customers..

Really good service, The employee Emily was really nice and helpful, will be coming back!!

Young girl working there said I could have my small 9 on dog I was holding in there lol well behaved, not making a sound and just wanted some whip cream, don’t come here if you want good customer service

Excellent. The best.

Horrible service, came into the store to pick up my already paid order, and no one even approached me. Even though 3 people saw I was waiting. I had to say excuse me to someone to at least give me my order. Never coming back.

Came during rush hour and all of the girls working were really nice especially one wearing a pink mask that spoke spanish! ice cream was delicious and i am satisfied. 5/5.

Did not enjoy coming here Sam rushed me while having a huge order

Today my ice cream orders were placed in the bag very improperly and when we got home they spilled everywhere. Also, no social distancing allowed in line or at the cashier. I had some other customers breathing down on me while I was paying. You’re better off just going to Publix and making your own ice cream creation.

I went into the store and ordered a quart of ice cream. They had accidentally made more than would fit in the container. I asked what they were going to do with the extra and they said get rid of it. So I asked them to just add it to mine. They said they would have to charge me for it and I watched them as they put in the trash. I cannot understand how a company would rather put their product in the trash rather than give it to the customer. To me that simple act would ensure that the customer would come back. Putting food in the trash, what a wasteful and despicable act, specially in today’s times.

You are better off going to Publix or any other place to get your ice cream. It’s so difficult to order with all of the restrictions in place. There is no reason you shouldn’t be able to walk in and order even if there is no seating. The employees are beyond rude including slamming the bag of ice cream on the table in front of the door and forgetting spoons.
