Bad staffs n services .. and table is very nasty, the customer services and manager are very rude, they don’t clean the table n they expect u to fix each chair . my family and I never coming here again. four time we passed by and they never have shakes after 4pm.To me it looks like they don’t want to clean the blender. The manager saw me complaining and walked out right away. Horrible place. Hope next time they change location , they will close completely or fire all the staffs including that manager (which doesn’t even look like one). Don’t go there!! Either u will be upset or u will get treat it horrible ….
So bad I wanna give a 0 so I give you one star. Worst customer service. Since it was an hour before closing the lady with pink hair did not make the ice cream as it should be. You lost a regular client.
The management should review o fired all the employees because on weekends they ran of milk for milkshakes all the time what a coincidence during the week that doesn’t happen. They do not want to work
The worker with the Aeropostale jacket was laughing and talking bad about me and my friends to her coworkers in front of us as soon as we walked in and She was extremely rude. They don’t even deserve one star.
Girl in a blue Aeropostale zip up jacket was rude as soon as we walked in. We started talking about what we wanted and she immediately turned around and started laughing at us and talking about us to another employee.
It’s sad that I came to get ice cream at 4:30 PM and the store had a sign that said it’s closed for an hour and a half. Not to mention 3 workers were doing nothing just eating ice cream...who does that?? I’m done with this location
Amazing service and wonderful food!!! Great experience at this restaurant, good sized portions, fast service!!!!Most importantly aside from great service, amazing food, clean and committed staff. You will have a great time!

Absolutely horrible experience! Had to stand in line for nearly an hour just to get some ice cream for my kids. The employees are rude and have no sense of urgency. They are in there talking and taking their time, without any consideration for the people standing in line. I stayed only because I had promised my kids some ice cream but I won’t be back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone either. I will drive a few minutes north and visit the Pinecrest location instead. Cold Stone in Cutler Bay=horrible service!!
