Worst service ever! We walked in on a Wednesday evening and the hostess places us on a 45 min wait. I told the hostess i wanted to sit at the high tops at the bar and she said i had to wait as people walked in and sat themselves without waiting. I let the hostess know and she ignored me multiple times. We sat and no one came to our table for like 15-20 min. We left and we got a text from Chilis more than a hour later that our table was ready. We texted back and I let the hostess know about the service and she texted me back from her personal number saying that she hopes we never come back.
Free chips with salsa if you sign up with your phone-- the chips were greasy. Beef in sizzling fajita was well done but still moist and tasty. Their sizzling fajita came with black beans which tasted very OK. The bacon rancher burger was also well done but still had decent taste. The blackberry and mango iced tea didn't taste good. I recommend you order the unflavored iced tea and just request for slices of green lime. The mini-molten cake is classic-- end your meal with one.
Horrible service, Including the manager service. Sat down for 20 minutes, no waiters. People came after us and were attended first. Manager took our order and was incorrectly. One plate never came. When I asked to cancel the missing plate, the manager sent another person with attitude with the check. The food received was overheated and taste was bad. Never will be back again, not recommended. I love chilis but this one it's the worst ever. I would like to give no star, but I don't have the option.
Great spot for casual meal. Everything was great Joshua our serve was AMAZING!! Food was drink was good everything came in a timely matter which was awesome especially when you have a 16 months old toddler. Quick and easy stop if you ever need a bite and are nearby.
The service was not good the food was not either. Our server didn't take our order correctly, we were missing food and our appetizer didn't even arrive but they charged it on our bill they added two other extras to our bill we did not order and then charged us twice for dessert which we had to send back because the cookie was hard as a rock. We had to ask three times for utensils and napkins. We had to flag down 3 different servers to help us because our server disappeared. It was a bad experience overall. They tried to say it was because they were busy but we usually go to the Chili's in Homestead and even when they are packed the service is good unlike here.
This is my third time coming for curbside pickup. No one comes out. Then you go in your food is there waiting to be brought out but they literally won’t do what is offered to customers. I tipped ahead of time to still have to not receive the convenience i paid for. I’ve gone in to sit down before that and just never got greeted or seated. Probably the worst service I’ve ever received from this location. The sad part is when it first opened it was amazing!
The costumer service was very nice. We wait just 10 min for a table. The service was fast. The bad thing was that they brought us two wrong plates (not what we had ordered) out of four. But they solved the issue fast and in a very polite an professional manner. The food was very good.
The floor was a little icky and the food was pretty good but there was this young kid named Eli that was fire. He was so nice, asking for feedback and carried the whole experience. It was my first time at Chili’s. Great hire.
Go to the bar. Their staff is amazing. Sheepishly admitting I forgot the bartender's name but it's the gentleman with the salt and pepper beard. Quick, efficient, and knows when to engage with a patron and when to leave them be. He's been my server twice. The staff at takeout are also just as cordial and honest about wait times and service. This is one of the most pleasant Chili's in the Miami area.
I call ahead and ask what time does the kitchen close. Im told 1130. I get there at 11:20 and stand at the host stand and NO ONE is there except another party waiting to be seated. Staff walking by and dont acknowledge me at all. I finally ask where can I get some food to either be seated or take out. A staff memeber tells me ohh in the back. I go by this time its 11:34 and promptly told the kitchen is closed. So no dinner for me right? I sit at the bar and order a beer while trying to figure out what nasty fast food I could consume at almost 12am. The only reason I don't give it a 1 star is because the cool bartender that saved the day with the chips and dip and prompt service. I can't remember his name I believe its Kevin and his very nice wife also works there and she was very courteous. They clearly were the only ones there that night that actually believed in customer service till the end that night.
