I’ve been coming to this chili’s for almost a year now. It’s been open since last April and the managers and servers are good. If something is wrong they are always apologetic and willing to fix whatever might be wrong.We had two burger lunches and drinks and enjoyed our food and time there today!
It is ALWAYS a pain when ordering to go. WORST customer service EVERY time. I’ve worked in various restaurants. The management is TRASH here as employees are ALWAYS a reflection of management. I only continue to go because of location and once they fix my order, the food is good and prices are excellent which is a CORPORATE factor not local employees.
Me and my friend went to eat at this location lastnight. The waiter Ernest was AWESOME!! I ordered cheese fries, they where burned but I was hungry hungry, then I ordered the "just bacon burger" with no pickles or mayo and it came WITH pickles and mayo? told my waiter that it came wrong he took it back all they did was wipe out the mayo and when it came back it still had some mayo?. I ordered as well the long Island 2 of them , the 1st one was good , the 2nd one was HORRIBLE!! I understand people don't want to work cause of the "pandemic" and being understaffed but these cooks need to do better for the customers!! The table next to us was even complaining too!!
This place should be close down. Please don’t waste your money and time here. MANAGER AND STAFF ARE NOT TRAINED. They have no idea of how to serve or take care of their costumers. Place is disgusting, plates and glassware dirty. Poor server Jared ( young kid) had not clue of anything around him. Asked him 5 times for drinks, 10 times for silverware and nothing after an 1 and a half of waiting for dinner food came cold and guess what we didn’t have silverware, didn’t have drinks. Total nightmare. Manager came She was even worse than poor Jared. I will file a formal complaint, after all this I was changed for the drinks I never got and tip was included.
Well this was our second visit. We visited just after it opened and I gave it a break on a review due to new staff and just opening. Well this time we ordered a take away, now bare in mind we are truckers and I’m only parked in the parking lot. I picked up my order and it came from the kitchen and not the shelf where other orders sat. So we get back to the truck that only took 5 minutes max. Everything looked good till I started to build a fajita and everything except the tortillas were stone cold. What a surprise I thought I’d take it back but my wife said just heat it up in our microwave. This is strike 2 I’ll try dine in one more time and go from there but never do curb side again.
Been going to different Chili's for years and decided to come to this new one and was waited on by one of the BEST servers I have ever encountered. If you come here you NEED to ask to be seated with ERNIS! He's hands down a top notch waiter! If I could give him 10 stars I would. He is polite, extremely attentive, and very courteous!! ?
We were craving for burgers and ended up eating here. We wouldn't have it any other way. The service was phenomenal. Jarred, our server, was fantastic. He was very attentive and made sure that everything was okay. He made our night! He's the best! Also, the busser and server assistant were really nice. Thanks for an amazing dinner!
I hope the owner reads my comment!Yesterday night the restaurant was empty and the host at the entrance was dismissing the customers saying they had only 2 cooks and the wait was 50 min. We decided to wait anyway but I saw many people leaving. Waiters were fooling around because only a few tables were occupied. In regards to the food, the hamburgers were undercooked and the ice tea was green. I love the convenient location but this business will go bankrupt soon if the management doesn’t address all these problems.
I went here with my children. We were seated, but no one came to assist us. Finally after 10 minutes a waiter brought us silverware and said he'd be back. He didn't ask us of we wanted drinks or was ready to order. And after 7 more minutes he didn't return so we left.
If I'm giving it 1 star it's only because I have to. I don't know where to start, I just came to eat with my family and we were told we can't be seated since we are a party of 5. I don't get how a well know family resturant are not able to serve. This is really disappointing and incredible. I have worked in the restaurant industry and I know at the moment most restaurant are short staffed but I just don't see the difference from two people to five people being split in different tables. As well I asked to be split into two tables and that was also a problem. This is no way of running a restaurant.
