Ordered from Grubhub and waited 20 minutes only for them to tell me they didn’t have the item I ordered. Gave me a ripped in half menu to look at and took another 10 minutes prepare my new food. My Grubhub order had 2 sides along with it which they didn’t give me in the end.
Much better pricing than I expected, good bartenders and good service overall.
It took an hour to get my food, and I even had to go back because they forgot to add the bacon that I paid for. Half way into eating the burger I felt a piece of hair in my mouth. It is definitely not mine since I am a brunette.
Located inside FIU, the decor is beautiful and upgraded. Food delicious, drinks refreshing. Price is right. Laid back atmosphere.
I celebrated my birthday this evening in this gorgeous place. happy to tell that we had a marvelous evening and the place was absolutely one of the reasons for the strong celebration. The stuff collaborated in a sweet manner, the cuisine was great and my guests were very cheerful. We shall no dout come back again for more events. thanks very much.
9/10 the food here comes out horrible, I’ve tried to give it a chance many times out of the convenience of this being on campus and the food coming out relatively fast, but after trying several different things on the menu and I’ve been disappointed every time. I think the only things you can’t go wrong with are the fried foods, basic appetizers. The salads, quesadillas, pasta, burgers are all somehow terrible.
Worst bartender service ever, basically threw the over 21 orange bracelet on the counter, also the straws, long island ice tea was the worst I ever tasted, did not offer food menu....I could go on for hours. Literally, worst experience in a bar ever!!!!
Worst service on campus. Long wait and cold food. Every time a order food they miss something.
Are you looking for a gamble? Then look no further because this Chili's is the most inconsistent restaurant I've ever been to. Sometimes the fries are perfectly crispy and salted and hot, other times it's like biting into a soggy cold potato.
Nice place, very friendly people over there, Manager Alejandro helped me, super nice customer service. Love this Chili's!
