A good place to sit down with affordable food! It’s what to expect from a Chili’s.Beautiful area, middle of Bayside Marketplace. The lady who served us was very friendly and nice.Had to drop a star due to slow serving of the drinks and food. But other than that, good place!
I had a excellent lunch here. Food was good and my server was super super great.
If I could of given this location 0 starts I promise I would ! Save yourself time and never order takeout from this place I put an order for a chicken fajita at approximately 5:00 pm my food got delivered at 7:20 pm ! My husband paid extra for the food to be delivered quickly , and he was precise on adding avocado to the meal they didn’t add any scoop of rice literally just one scoop because that’s how much space was left for that giant container for the beans they shoved In there to add only one damn scoop of rice ! And the flour tortilla only 3 tortillas came wrapped in a aluminum foil . Mind you my husband paid 21.83 for that meal . Smh …. Save yourself the trouble don’t even order takeout there . First picture below is what the food looked like when I opened it thinking it was a lot of food on there , 2nd picture is when I finally lifted up that container of beans to see if there were more rice under there …. NOPE ! And third picture is where I clearly asked for guacamole that food came with zero avocados ! So d save yourself the trouble don’t play with your hunger thinking chilies will come through big disappointment.
The service was very terrible. They don't care about the customers. The receptionist looked like she was very unhappy to be there. She threw the menu on the table without saying a word and just left. After waiting for 20 minutes, another staff came to ask what we would like to order. He was unresponsive and it was hard to find him to help us. We noticed that he was texting other people while taking our order and he never brought us the water (We asked for water multiple times). We got our food after more than 1 hr since he took the order.
Prices were great food was very good and the waitress we had was excellent . It wasn’t very crowded and the food came very quickly.
Dolphins, Boats, Bridges, Waterfront. They have it all. One of the most affordable places to eat in bayside. Our food came out looking good and tasted great. Restaurant could use a bit of updating. On water dining in downtown Miami though can’t beat it. We walked right in and was able to sit down. Had appetizer, dinner, and made our concert on time (TOOL ROCKS).
Our server was the best. The food is always a little cheap in quality. Unfortunately they were not seating outdoors.
The food took a long time to arrive and. The waiter never made contact to let us know it would be brought by another person while we waited 20 mins for food.we waited 15 minutes to take the order.The waiter never brought napkins as requested or beverages while waiting.I paid the bill with cash which annoyed the waiter and he threw the change on the table .Isaihah was a rude in competent waiter.
Our server was fantastic. We signed up for their mobile app which did not work once at the restaurant. Our bill came and 4 items were incorrectly priced. It took our server two trips to the managers office to get the bill corrected. At the table there was a terminal to order and pay which failed and ultimately our waitress had to go back to the managers office to run my CC. Overall not a great experience.
A great and affordable way to enjoy Bayside and/or a "Sports Bar" experience without overly inflated prices for food and drinks. I had attentive and great service from "Steve" the bartender working when I visited. $11 Meal Deal for 3 items a real deal even or especially when you do the upcharge for a Classic Chili's Margarita. Nice terrace also available for dining overlooking Bayside and within earshot of the local entertainment offerings at a nearby small amphitheater.
