I enjoy chili's in other states. I have fought with this chili's about incorrect orders, staffing issues etc., But I understand the necessity of feedback. I'm very grateful to come back to this chili's and find minor improvements here and there. My favorite waiter was working the other night when I dined in, I'm very glad he is still hard at work here providing exceptional customer service, anticipating our needs and accommodating us. Thank you Josh. Stay fabulous. I can't wait to see the changes to come

I have come to this place many times, they have always had good attention and excellent food, but for several months the experience has changed. The staff is rude, the food is not that good and the time it takes to be served is eternal. My last experience was the worst I've ever had. It turns out that through the chili's app you can make a line and not have to wait at the restaurant. I make my line and the application tells me the time I have to be there. When I arrived at the restaurant the girl at the door with very bad manners told me that I have to make the line there, and that they don't have reservations. I show her the app and I tell her that the location is there, that she should have it and if she can check. Without raising her head from what she was doing, she tells me that I have to sign up for a line that takes more than 50 minutes, I never come back to that restaurant.

Do not go and waste your time to leave without your order. Ordered 2 kids meals, an appetizer, and 2 entrées. Appetizer arrived before drinks and silverware. Kids got their meals immediately after ordering, but we had to wait 45 minutes for entrées. We couldn't wait any longer and got the check and left. The place was dirty as another review said. Grease, dirt, and finger prints all over flat screen TV right above our table. 2 waiters for entire restaurant during lunch. Wait staff was friendly, professional, and apologized for wait.

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS! Save your money!My family and I walked in and the hostess told us that it would be a twenty minute wait. Mind you, the restaurant is at maybe half capacity but okay… I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were understaffed. The waitress went on break and was replaced with some young incompetent kid who began to call guests out of order. The host was also serving as a busboy but would forget to seat guests at the tables he just bussed. Needless to say, he was inept. He would walk around the restaurant aimlessly. Where was the GM? I eventually had to approach him when he began seating people who showed up after me.. we had the same number of people. I ended up waiting 45 minutes to be seated.Once I was seated in an empty section of the restaurant, the restaurant was FILTHY. Fingerprints and smudges all over the windows. The waitress was okay although she got the order wrong. The ribs were full of fat and we felt like they forgot to peel the membrane prior to cooking. NO BEER ON TAP bc they forgot to place the order. NO MORE TWO FOR ONE MARGARITAS. Everything is just downhill. It is overpriced and the food is mediocre.THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! Avoid this place!

First time going to this Chili's location. I walked in with my girlfriend a few minutes ago at 10:40pm. As soon as I walk in I was asked what my name is, I told them I didn't have a reservation, I was then told that they're not taking walk-ins. While she told me this I saw multiple open tables (more than 6) right behind her. I decided to walk out and then called the restaurant and I was told they are taking walk in's. Not sure if the lady at the front did not want to work or if she was in a bad mood but this type of service should be unacceptable. If I was that dismissive to someone at my job I would get fired. The standard if customer service is going down the drain in South Florida and this restaurant is a shining example. Not planning on going back there again, I will stick to Duffy's Sports Bar right across the street, great service and always availability.

Waited one hour with my family and ordered 2 10 oz. steaks medium and well-done. We were brought a rare and medium steak instead. When we asked to get the steak fired up again they brought us a medium-well steak and another rare steak. Our server, Joshua, was very considerate and apologized because it was the second time they brought the wrong steaks. He got a supervisor to come look at the steaks, which our own server said were “definitely rare and medium-well,” and the supervisor was extremely rude and tried to convince us that “based on the kitchen meat terminology” if you ordered a medium steak it would come out red and if you ordered a well-done steak it would come out pink. Instead of apologizing for the kitchens second mistake, the supervisor wanted to enforce the idea that it was our family’s fault for ordering the steaks like that because he didn’t want to send the food back to the kitchen for a third time since the kitchen staff wanted to go home, even though they didn’t close for another 2 hours. To make matters worse, the mashed potatoes were cold both times.So overall, the food was served cold and undercooked twice and our server had better customer service than the supervisor.

This is my favorite location of all the chilis which i have visited. however the bathrooms at this location need to be remodeled they're outdated and filthy. the service is always great and the food is always good. the meals are priced just right for the food provided. I'm a frequent customer here at chilis and i will definitely be coming back.

Please avoid this smelly place at all cost!! This location should be closed ASAP. Dirt is not a problem for this people, the entire place is disgusting, employees lack of hygiene is a red flag. The kitchen looks like an abandoned restaurant. I wish some kind of authority could verify my words and shut down this place for good.
