This place is horrible, they go so slow with everything like I’ve been here for an hour and still didn’t get my food and when I’m looking at them u could see they going to slow it’s like hurry up and they can’t understand directions and don’t know how to take an order good like we had to get the manager to come take our order like this place isn’t it. The owner need to hired good people that work fast and don’t take their sweet time like I haven’t been here for an hour already.
We used to love this place. The people used to be nice. My family and I ( sometimes along with extended family) used to go there often for birthdays, get together, or just in the mood for some good food, you name it... It was one of our favorite places. Until the Saturday before last Saturday, we (family of 5) wanted to go eat out to celebrate daddy. We have never experienced such level of disrespect and carelessness any time or anywhere like that before.??? We will never set a foot in that specific location. Notice the table in the picture, that how got it with the chemical spray on top by the glass window...? When we got there it was 1:58 pm. I was told that I would get a text about the next table available, so we waited in the car. After some 26 minutes, I went back to check , they told me the table was ready and I could have everyone come in. We sat there after ordering with the utensils and of course the drinks. We tried to be as patient as can be, cause you know "due to COVID-19" a lot had changed. Well, I started to see other new tables were being served, takeouts were being taken out, and we got no one to serve us anything we ordered. When it hit 4:00 pm, we've decided to pay the drinks and dine elsewhere. Guess what, nobody could care about what we needed to do( we couldn't get anyone to help us). When a server finally came to help, nothing could work to give us a way to pay for it. Then someone came from the kitchen to tell us, sorry the food has been ready, but none was available to bring it out? and if we'd like to stay they'd bring the food??. I'm sure she was trying hard to make us feel better, but it did not?. We just wanted to leave. The poor server went from one device to the other to finally get one that works for us to pay for the drinks. At last, we were free to go eat at a place that cares about the customers' need. I would not recommend this specific location to anyone. I am deeply disappointed ☹️
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The blonde curly hair bartender is rude and ghetto. She argues with customers and vent so that the chillis doesn’t have waiters. She is rude and I will never come back to this place. I am calling corporate this is ridiculous. Not only the service is bad, that lady argued we us. Also why is it only ONE waiter for the whole restaurant. This is absolutely ridiculous.
I went to chili’s last week with my daughter it was our second time there this time we got a booth last time we went my son was with us and we sat by the bar because there staff is low they barely have servers this time we waited a good while before being seated only one waitress and the bartender we didn’t want to sit at the bar again ,she was not a good server she said she was new but common sense is common sense it was slow and she barely checked on us which is why I gave two starts not sure if o want to go back they need to hire more servers or something ..At least the food was good..Also had a guy who was inside soon as we walked in he was begging..
The burgers and ribs were charred. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:09. I didn’t get my food until after 8pm. The hostess was rude. I watched her pick up the phone and hang up on callers. Then she disappeared for 20 mins at a time. I waited over an hour for my food when there were little to no customers dining in the restaurant. Then the food was cold. It was a horrible experience! I won’t be back!
Had to give it 1 star cause I wanted to share my experience because 1 is too good for them. After a 30 minutes wait time due to them only having 1 server. They took the order for someone that got sitted last. Doesn't make any sense. We left went to the one on university Dr and had a great experience and their food was awesome
The worst Chili's in America! Very unprofessional and ultra disrespectful. The service is slow and horrible. The food is just subpar! Management is just as uncouth abd classless as the other employees. This location leave much to be desired. I wish the corporate would come and take this place over! Actually, I'm about to draft an email to corporate. If the managers and employees are unhappy with their jobs, just quit instead projecting negative energy and vibes on paying customers.
Don’t waste your time. This Chilis is under staff and it shows. Good comes out cold, drinks are ridiculous, and the wait time to be seated is like there is a restaurant full of people when literally there may be 10 people in the entire restaurant.
Worst service ever. They didn't bring what I asked, instead they decided to bring whatever they want. (Ordered a specific soup and brought a different one, and they they said that they didn't have it, like seriously? couldn't you have said that from the beginning? and it was the manager the one who served me. I ordered a hamburger with no tomato, I was specific because I have some allergies but it came with it. I asked the meat to be medium well and it was almost burned.Don't get me wrong I love Chili's but this specific location has the worst service!!!
The Miami Gardens location needs to work on their communication skills. I wait 35 minutes after my scheduled online order pick time just to be served cold food. It was a horrible experience and I was just appalled by their lack of customer service recovery plan.
