This place use to be a 4 star. Now not so much.
Awful!! The saltiest food ever!! Barf can’t even eat it . I called them and they told me to take a hike ?? Wow awful food ! Awful service !Don’t eat here pls ..
I arrived at 815 today store say it closes at 9pm Sunday this is not the first time either. I then proceeded to head over to the location at 107 and Kendall they closed at 823pm and showing 9pm. So I proceeded to head over to the palmetto great staff and close at the appropriate time specified
Seems like there’s been a change in management and quality and customer service has significantly deteriorated. Consistently rude to customers and quality lacking.
Dirty, dirty, dirty. I used to eat here often, but starting about a year or so ago the entire culture of this restaurant and staff changed. Last week, we went in to get a carry out order, and 2 African American youths were working there. No gloves, no masks. Neither one was wearing even a uniform or company shirt. Just street clothes. And one had a hoodie with the hood pulled up over his head while making food. One was constantly rubbing his nose and touching plates of food and serving utensils. Again NO GLOVES & NO MASKS worn by staff! Filthy! The entire serving station and hot line was disgusting. Pieces of food scattered everywhere, spills and stains not cleaned, and chicken skin and chicken pieces scattered all over the floor in the front. We left without getting our order. This place needs to be shut down, cleaned, and inspected by the MDC Health Dept. How can the ownership allow this sort of public health danger to go on is sickening. Eat here at your own risk.
Quick service and the food was fresh and tasty at a good price.
I was very disappointed in the food quality, temperature, and service. I don't usually get reflux, but did. It could've been that it was that off time between lunch & dinner.No soap in Men's Room also a concern particularly during Covid. Will not return to this location. I don't usually write negative reviews, but felt compelled to do so here.
Just happen to stumble on to this place glad we did everything was so good and the employees were very nice and accommodating.
I guess because it was slow they weren't to worried about how it looked when you went in there but it didn't make you want to eat from there. The food prep area was gross. The girl at the registered did not treat the food with care.
No soap in the bathrooms , no forks . All tables dirty. This places needs some major improvements.
