This place is amazing. Our Server, Arthur, was very attentive and was a pleasure to interact with. The drinks came quick and was delicious. Must try the blackberry mint mimosa! The food was amazing! I love this place.
We went here for brunch and were not disappointed! We got the chicken and waffles, tater tots, and the dirty south biscuit sandwich. It was all really good, and you definitely get a lot of food for the price. Also Arthur was awesome and super attentive. Would definitely come back!
My friend and I was looking for a good brunch spot, and we found Chicken & the egg. Our server was Arthur. He greeted us moments within being seated. He did some suggested selling as it was our first time being here. As a former server, Arthur is an amazing server, he is very nice, super sweet and has really great customer service skills and just made the whole experience welcoming. Not to mention, food and drinks is amazing definitely give service and food 10 outta 10.&& I’m usually someone that’s hard to impress.
Super cozy, and cute spot, conviently located by the parking garage. Arthur was super accomodating and knowledgeable.Outdoor and indoor seating. Food is divine! I got the Dirty South Biscuit Sandwich.. the biscuit was so buttery and delicious. Perfect combination of sweet and savory. The hangover burger was perfectly seasoned. Definitely recommend! Gonna grab a muffin for a snack later. Coffee is also excellent with many dairy and non dairy options.

Delicious food, reasonably priced, cozy atmosphere, prompt & friendly service! My husband got the chicken biscuit with a fried egg & tater tots. I got the Son of a Butcher (smoked brisket, egg, picked onions, chimichurri aoili on gluten-free toast) - delish ? It always makes my day when I find gluten-free bread, as I'm strictly GF due to a family history of celiac.
Service was good. I ordered the chicken and waffle and the Bellini mimosa. The waffle was good but more like cake than a waffle. The chicken was very hard, burnt and dry. Maybe try brining the chicken, helps it from drying out. Tried the loaded tater tots; they were good but a little on the salty side. I tried my daughters B.E.L.T sandwich, which I enjoyed the most! They did give me an order of turkey bacon to replace the chicken. Overall ok but not somewhere I’d eat at again. Presentation of the food was great, just wish it would have tasted great for the price.
Came here on a rainy day so it was slow & quiet ... at first lol soon as the rain stopped the people were showing up. but OMG my brisket & eggs sammich with pickled eggs 10/10. DELICIOUS and the loaded tater tots man on man and washed it all down with presseco and OJ -mimosa heaven. If you're looking to get some booze and good breakfast and hear great music!!! Come here.. this is a spot in Brickell that may get slept on because it's small but let me tell they know what they're doing!
Sooooo, one would think that a place named Chicken & the Egg would be a great breakfast spot; not in downtown Miami… Toast was not toasted, bacon was not crisp and extra greasy, and you can see their take on scrambled cheese eggs. The chicken & waffle tied on toughness; was afraid I was going to bend the knife with the amount of pressure I had to use. Truly, from us to you, don’t do it!
Good place for breakfast. Good service... but they were really busy as a result.. we waited 30 minutes before having the breakfast.
