Don't be scared of the lines! The staff is quick, personable, and efficient. The lines move fast and you barely notice. The food is more than worth it...and totally different experience than the typical fast food joint.
The food was mediocre, the portions were small (ex. The salads were short on everything but the greens), the prices were steep, and even one of the servers gratuitously commented on how over-rated the place was. As if that wasn't enough, my family and I had to wait a while for our order, and on top of all that they forgot to hand us part of our order- making matters worse.Tip: Wendy's chicken nuggets are way better, and a small fraction of the price.

As the closest Chick-fil-A to my home, this is my go to spot. The food and service is generally pretty good. My biggest issue is missing items from my order. It's happened about 3 times. Nothing more frustrating than arriving home without all I requested. ☆Double check your order before leaving☆
I was surprised to see the drive true line longer than the covid test site, but more surprised the fast and the extraordinary well organized service. Inside service so fast, and the price and quality average is good. For a fast and uncomplicated lunch or snack at any time is realy good.
Excellent, did you see they are always busy? It's because they are super delicious freash food, served fast , in a clean restaurant , and very friendly employees. Kendall location outstanding , every employee that we interact with was a pleasure , what a great job this location is the Best !
BE CAREFUL.....they DON'T CARE...drive thru with 2 lanes is too narrow and they know it....they don't care that my vehicle hit on their yellow post trying not to hit another close car in the lane next to mine.....damage to my car and they said other people hit it and the manager said they wouldn't do anything for myself or those prior cars damaged the same way!!
This was my first experience eating at Chick-fil-a and the entire experience was fantastic! The service was excellent. I loved the entire process. The place was clean and staff members were very nice. The food, omg the food was super good. I had the deluxe spicy chicken burger, Nuggets, macaroni and lemonade....wow wow wow! All of it was delicious, juicy chicken, best Mac and cheese ever and the fresh lemonade. I usually never drink when I eat, I wanted a refill. My boys and husband loved it too. It was thanks to my boys seeing someone on YouTube eating chick-fil-a that had us visit the restaurant during our vacation. I'm glad we did. I can't wait to return to the USA because where I live here in Canada we don't have any.If I can improve something and I'm being picky because I'm the only one in the family who thought the fries can be a bit crispier. Not cooked enough for me. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. If you could have seen or heard our reaction you would have loved it. We found it funny how much we loved it and couldn't stop being amazed.

It's the bomb here in south west Miami, always super busy. I only tried the chicken strips and they are delicious, their house sauce is just a honey mustard (the yellow one) with liquid smoke, that's it but it taste wonderful, for real I can have dozens of those strips with their sauce. Recommended. Go on Saturday around 8 and you'll spend almost no time in the line.
