The parking situation for Chick-fil-A feels like taking a gamble on your life. This location is on the corner of a very busy intersection. The fact that the only parking available is street parking, you have to gamble your life crossing the street. You will have no problem if you live on-site. Service is extremely fast and most often I get my order without any mishaps. If you have time, take your food and eat right next to the river. It’s a lovely view of the Miami River.
Customer service is an A+. Everyone is super nice and the food is great. You are greeted at the door and service is really fast. Will definitely be back
I think this is the best managed chick-fil-A. They do a really good job handling walk in customers and all the delivery drivers. I like that mobile orders they put your name on the screen.
I ordered my food through the app 20 minutes before arriving. When I arrived my sandwich was still not ready. that’s frustrating. What’s the point of the app then? Why you only start cooking when I arrive physically into location?
I’m not exactly sure about how legit these reviews are! I’ve been at this Location several times and the place is consistently a disaster. I think the last time I was there I waited over a half hour for a salad. There also had to be OVER ten delivery people waiting on a line to pick up a mobile order with no orders ready. That says a lot there! I avoid this place end of story. If you don’t believe me stop by there sometime.

CONSISTENCY!! That’s the reason I always come back, they always have the best chicken sandwiches and sauces. Their new delivery service through the app deserves the highest reward, never thought in Brickell on a Friday afternoon I could order delivery and receive it in under 20 minutes. Thank you to everyone working hard!
Their service is always quick. And staff is friendly. This location is under a mall building. It is better not to park in their parking as it is so busy and hard to find a spot. Find somewhere else to park outside and run in.
It is usually full of customers but the location is safe.And clean family friendly as well.The food is well cooked and prices are reasonable.It is my first time ever trying this establishments products and I really enjoyed them.I would definitely come again or order online.The workers are also very respectful and professional.
