Is it me or chikfila is cutting everything smaller. Quality has been going down

The staff in every Chick-Fil-A are all nice, really. This location is fast and professional.
The wait here is unacceptable. Som team members behind counter not doing anything. Line just keep growing. Seemed very disorganized. Not a good choice if your in a hurry.
You order and have to wait 45 minutes to get your food…. Last time I’m coming here, or at any Chick-fil-A…. I’m deleting the app!!! Crazy… this is not FAST food…. It takes longer to get your food here that at a 5 Michelin star restaurant …

I get the feeling they are adding more salt than usual to the chicken and the fries. I remember it tasting better. I do however support them and what they're about. Just easy on the salt guys ?

Ordered delivery through the CFA app, was taken to doordash to place since this location does not offer delivery themselves. Place the order and it arrives, fries not even close to halfway full and cold, I call the location no one answer. Call CFA cares and they tell me to contact doordash since the order was delivered through them, even though it was place in the CFA app. Contact doordash and they tell me to call the restaurant again and I do and still no one picks up. Very disappointed with this location and do not plan on ordering again.
I ordered chicken grl nug , it’s coming like that , terrible
