I love Chick-fil-A, but at this location I had the worst meal I've had ever. Besides the lack of organization, food felt extremely greasy. It tasted like old oil, and triple fried. All wrong. Last Chick-fil-A of the year. I'm traumatized. I know it might sound like an exaggeration, but yes, it was THAT bad.
It’s different, but it was the best service. I had a large order. Over $200. The restaurant was connected to a building. Street parking only. I went for breakfast. The staff was polite, and helpful offered to carry my bags out with me. The restaurant was clean and there is sitting outside. I had my order to go. It’s not apart of the franchise so no reward points or coupons can be used.
I stopped today for breakfast. I have done this numerous times since they have opened. They have had various issues like wait time being long since opening, but I was okay with that and still returned. Today will be my last time going to this one. I ordered a Coke with my meal. As the Coke is being poured I noticed it was too light and looks to be missing the syrup. The Coke is given to me. I taste it and of course it is missing the syrup. I alert someone who seems to be in some type of leader/management role because she had keys to the register. She said okay, what other drink would I like. I told her well I guess a lemonade. She told me she couldn’t give me a lemonade because there is an up charge, she would only give me another fountain drink. Well if I am drinking soda it is only Coke. So I declined and said what is the upcharge and I will just pay that even though it’s not my fault that the syrup isn’t installed for the Coke. She says she thinks it is a dollar so I gave her the dollar. She then gives me my order and I leave. Luckily I wanted to take a bite of my sandwich when I got in the car and noticed both sandwiches of the meals I ordered to be incorrect. There was melted American cheese on my chicken biscuit and it was supposed to be a plain biscuit. And the other chicken biscuit sandwich I ordered I added egg and bacon, the bacon was missing but the label on the sandwich showed that bacon was supposed to be on it. So I had to go back in the store to report the issue. If I didn’t check, I would have gone home with wrong sandwiches (I live in North Miami and was passing through) and having to pay a $1 for a drink upcharge because their soda machine didn’t have syrup.
Bad experience at this location. I was so happy to have a Chick-fil-A in town. Finally a delicious fast food chain. However, I was extremely disappointed. Service was terrible. Complete disorganization.I came in on Saturday about 10:25 am in the morning. While I was making the line I saw the breakfast menu change to lunch on the screen. I didn't think it was going to be a problem, but by the time the staff got the cashiers to actually call customers to the register, they told me they there out the breakfast items. I asked her again, and she said they throw out all that breakfast stuff by 10:30 am. I was talking to her by 10:36 am. It was ridiculous, plus sad to hear they just throw it in the garbage when there are still people willing to buy it. Just for a few minutes! In my opinion, this is just bad management.I had to order from the lunch menu and that was even a problem. It took forever to get the food. There was a big crowd of people just waiting for their orders. It was so annoying. My morning and my schedule for the rest of the day was messed up.After the entire ordeal, once I got home I found out they messed up my order. My sandwich didn't have cheese or bacon, and they gave me the wrong sauces. After all that wait, I didn't even get to enjoy the food. Extremely frustrating!This location is in need of MAJOR help in management. Staff just wastes time chatting with each other and screaming out loud to the kitchen once in a while. They were very disorganized.It was the worst experience I ever had at a Chick-fil-A.
All things considered, it's Chick-fil-A. The food is really good and it's always fresh. This particular location is missing some of the usual options like the Mac and Cheese and that is the only reason why I would not give it a 5/5. I'm not sure if they have breakfast or not but I would have to go earlier one day and see if they do.It also depends on the time you go but this is a very popular location with the line to order sometimes going outside of the store, but the employees do a great job at taking your order as you wait to speed up the process so it doesn't take as long as it looks like it would.
It is as good as all the other Chick-fil-a locations, the taste is superb as always. The dining area was spacious and clean. They also have disinfecting wipes for customers use to clean after. The staff was looking sad and tired, they forgot to give us sauces we ordered. But overall, it is good for quick bite and it's in the middle of town.
You generally know what you will get when you go to these restaurants. Their chicken sandwiches are definitely decent. The standout here was the lady running the place. She knew how to be efficient and friendly at the same time. Good job!
Located close enough to the courthouse is that if you're stuck there doing jury duty, it's pretty easy to get a bite within allotted time. Food quality is what you would expect from a Chick-fil-A, if you like it you like it. It was pretty crowded though I got there, probably because his situated in between the courthouse the bright line / Metro station. Despite there being a line outside when I got there, there were staff members outside taking orders and once I got inside service was quick and it wasn't waiting anymore than 5 minutes at most. It was very clean and the staff is friendly. What else could you ask for?
Very clean food is always fresh. The only reason I give 4 stars is because they're not exactly great with the little details.. like actually remembering to put your sauces in the bag with your meal or giving the wrong drink. Just make sure to check your order before leaving.
L chick fil a, L drinks, L sandwich, L fries, W Andrew, L manager, L floor, L bathroom. Andrew was really the only W person there.
