One does not wake up in the mornings in a good mood to be treated with disrespect by other employees from the same mall. This is exactly what happens at charley’s. There is a server with black hair and beard that has been extremely rude, for simply asking a question, since I started going there. I’m sorry for anyone who had to cross paths with him at any time of day.
Terrible service. Ordered a philly. Came with no steak!??♂️ Ask the manager if they could put some. She asked me if I wanted my money back instead. Took my $ spent it where it was worthy. Terrible for the reputation. Had been a recurrent customer at the dadeland mall. But the dolphin mall was an awful experience.
The guy that took my order was so rude, wouldn’t even let me speak, I hate leaving bad reviews but seriously he was so mean for no reason, before I could ask him something he would answer with no we don’t have that, and my Apple Pay took a few seconds to connect to the machine and he told me I was doing it wrong…he spoke Spanish, was tall and had some facial hair, seriously he needs to acquire some better customer service skills, I was being so nice and got treated and talked to so poorly, what was the reason.
Charleys Cheesesteaks at Dolphin Mall in Miami is a well managed Charleys location that has well made sandwiches and fries. I like just about everything on the menu here and they make everything exactly how you want it to be made. The staff here works hard to make sure that your order is prepared the right way.
Very very unhappy with the service i received. My friend and i were getting food from the food court i decided on Charley's i ordered at 7:02 a small drink and fries i asked if the food on the counter was mine. The employee asked me to see my receipt he said no....i then waited 10 min walked off to see if my friend wanted to order her food since i was waiting...i asked her to check to see if mine was done while she was waiting. When she asked about my order they told her to calm down. What? Are you serious? I'm done. I just asked for a refund and left.

Philly Cheese Steaks, Ultimate Club Sandwich, fries, beverages. All taste great here.
It's okay for what it is. Overpriced for what it is. Should be half price for what they're selling just another fast food chain.
They forgot to steak, the whole main part of the philly cheese steak. And put a lot of lettuce to cover it. They ripped me off. I am never eating here again
