There are not many Carvel locations left and we are glad this one is still open. Owner was serving the ice cream himself. Cheerful, kind, and clearly dedicated to his store. Ice cream was of course delicious! We will be back :)
All of the ice cream products are great, especially the Ice cream cakes. Very delicious.
Hardly do I ever take the time to write bad reviews but after three different occasions of coming to this location & getting horrible service I feel like it needs to be done. This is the last time I ever step foot inside this carvel. I walked in & there was no one at the front, I waited to see if anyone come out & still no one. So a few min after my son & I start calling out for help. 5 min later still no one would come to the front. My son tells me why don’t you call the number to see if someone’s even here, I call & a man answers the phone. I ask if anyone is here cause I’ve been waiting for more than 5 min for someone to come take our order & he just said oh ok hold on& comes right out. When he comes out, we see him come from just behind the wall..I asked you didn’t hear us? And he said oh no I wasn’t paying attention. That was it for me. First of all if I was him I’d be apologizing for the situation, not once did he even say sorry for the wait or anything. I walked out of here with my son because I do not want to continue giving my money to a place that lacks customer service so terribly! It’s the same man who I’ve had bad experiences with the other times as well. To me it seems like he just does not want to be there. The owner of this carvel should really do something about this because this place is going downhill.I was looking around while we were waiting for someone to come out & it’s just so dirty, not well kept at all. I would never recommend this carvel to anyone, I rather make the drive to another one instead of going to this one that’s next to me.

Loads of choices between flavors and styles of ice cream, toppings, shakes, and even Birthday cakes. They also have frozen sundaes to take home for later. Prices are not bad at all.
Carvel ice cream is Carvel ice cream & always good quality. Must be covid but 15 people in line & over thirty minute wait is not fun.
It's a pretty good place to take an ice cream. The variety of flavors is good and I saw some unique flavors there.The prices are good for what you get.Recommended!!
