We had a wonderful time. The hostess Lulu, Cindy the manager and the bartender were amazing. Kudos to all for taking in a big baseball team and parents and making the experience so hospitable. We couldn’t believe the fast service. The food was amazing and everything was delicious. Awesome family fun restaurant.

This is my go to place. The burgers are delicious and the drinks are very well priced. The staff has always been welcoming and very attentive. Ask for oly at the outdoor bar for a great experience.She has always take good care of me and my friends. Highly recommended. 10/10 ????

We were immediately seated when we arrived. Waitress was very attentive and got our order right without any mistakes. She even offered water which most places don’t unless you ask. I would definitely return.
We came here Sunday 22, 22 after 6pm. I was excited to try their hamburger because I was told that it was good. My bf and i Sat down at a table inside the bar. Waited and waited . Noone passed by to greet us or say hello. It wasn't even busy. We got up and left after 10min. Bad service!
This is the second time I go to the 67th Ave location for lunch (on a weekend). They were very understaffed but the young girl serving our table went above and beyond to get our food out as fast as possible. The food was Amazing! Perfectly cooked and so tasty! Considering the short staff, our food came out pretty quick. Very friendly and courteous staff members. The atmosphere is great! Will definitely go back! Carolina Ale House rocks! I recommend this place if you haven't tried it yet! ?
I am currently at the Ale House and have been here for 2.5 hours watching the Heat final with friends. We ordered 4 pitchers and appetizers already. Two hours in and a waitress comes up to us and asks if we would switch tables to accommodate a group of 15, we said sure and messing around we said “can we get a pitcher?” mind you pitchers tonight are $10 to the consumer, the waitress said “let me ask” and we moved. At this point we had ordered two more appetizers. The waitress comes back and said the manager said absolutely not and said we can move back if we wanted to, so of course we did. Then she comes back and says the customer said he’d pay for our pitcher, are you kidding??? For 15 people the manager will not accommodate??!! We of course moved, got our beer and spoke to the customer, super embarrassed, but we get it, if we had a group like that we would pay, Totally unacceptable for this facility to do this, we canceled our food and will NEVER come back and the other customer will NEVER as well. This is why this place is always empty, customer service is #1!! For $10, wow please train your managers. Our waitress Ayla by the way was amazing!

Ordered door dash and was very disappointed. The food was cold and the quesadilla paper thin barely any meat. The Buffalo chicken tender wrap had a teaspoon of hot sauce at the end of the wrap and was also cold. Normally ale house is a no fail good spot to eat but this time it failed any expectation I had. Won’t be ordering here again.
