Everyone who works here is so nice and it is a great environment to work. Katwan behind the counter is one who really knocks it out of the park when it comes to customer service. He always strives to put a smile on your face.
Really bad internet connection. 9MB down and about 4MB upload. I complained 3 times already week apart, but nothing was done. Before covid it was the best internet in town, and for some working people - rapid internet connection is a must. Too bad they don't listen

I have visited multiple times when I'm walking around Brickell since I have the Capital One card. Everytime is always a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Drinks are delicious. I really enjoy their matcha tea and seasonal cold brews. If you have a Capital One card, you get a discount on drink purchases.The place is clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Another plus is that they are pet friendly. They gave us a water bowl for our puppy.Great customer service! Only thing left to say: what's in you wallet? ;)
This used to be a nice and exclusive place to work post pandemic everything has changed from the people that work there to the clientele… the wait for the coffee is at least 30-45 mins they only have one person working and is not a barista so the last 5 times I went the coffee was disgusting the security guard working is very intimidating and mean, I don’t feel safe going there anymore and wish the old cafe atmosphere would be back. They also came up with their own mask mandate you have to wear a mask even while sitting down alone at a table, the moment that coffee cup is not near your lips you will get the security guard doesn’t matter if you are on a work call or what he will come and tap on the table

Walked in unclear if it’s a bank or coffee shop. It has no tellers or obvious bank area. Less than competent staff present that give vague info. One employee finally said it’s better to go to the the chase down the street which is what I did. FWIW there is an atm in the vestibule as you exit.
The worst of the worst! Too many issues and when you call in you'll get passed around with no help. When you do speak with management you'll be met with disrespect, attitude and talked to like a child. An when you stand up for yourself they engage in retaliation like messing with your accounts thus affecting your credit and personal life! I do plan to sue!
