Bought a cake for my mother's birthday and it was perfect! I ordered the coconut cake and it was beautiful and delicious, perfect ratio of cake to frosting. The coconut flavor was apparent but not too much and paired wonderfully with the cream cheese frosting. The ordering process was also very easy with Erika; I just told her what I was looking for and the date. Picking up the order was also quick and easy! She accepts Venmo and Zelle and you send her the payment when you pick up the cake. I was very happy with the overall experience and will be contacting her for future cakes :)
I ordered the tiramisu and Melosa cake for Mother’s Day! Both were delicious, and a big hit. The Melosa is rich chocolate walnut fudge meets cake. The tiramisu is perfection. Can’t wait to try all the other flavors. I appreciate how quickly Erika responded on IG, and the level of communication from ordering to pick up. ?
A truly seamless experience. I flew to Miami from Santo Domingo for my best friend’s 30th birthday bash. Her sister and I decided we wanted a special cake, as it was a special birthday. I found Erika’s business by googling cakes in the area near Brickell. I had only seen 1-2 other businesses when I found hers, and after reading the fantastic reviews and seeing the pictures of her work, I thought to myself: “can’t go wrong with this one!” - I sent her a DM on Instagram, she responded quickly and the ordering and payment process was just so easy. The hard part was making a choice because she has many options that sound unbelievable. The cake was amazing - moist and perfect even after 3 days. The birthday girl was delighted and we were super happy with our choice. I even took a little bit inside a coffee cup on my way to the airport for my flight back to Santo Domingo. I found Erika by doing a search of Miami baker's and because of her social media presence decided to contact her. We were traveling to Miami for my son's 18th birthday and had limited time to find a baker. Erika stayed in constant communication, had the cake ready earlier than expected and it didn't disappoint. These cakes are amazing! We ordered a peanut butter Nutella brownie cake for my husband’s birthday and everyone loved it! Delicious and perfectly made. I ordered over a dozen cakes-in-a-jar for my daughter’s birthday and took them to NYC. She and her friends absolutely adored them! Red velvet was her favorite while my son loved the Nutella marble the most. They tasted fresh and moist despite being eaten 3 days after purchase. Will definitely be buying more cakes from Erika!
