Made an Uber order and was waiting for maybe an hour only to be called when the delivery driver got there saying they cancelled my order when I made it. Lady, if you had cancelled it, why was a delivery person sent? She said that if I wanted the food that I’ll have to pay $2 more per plate and I said sure, do it. Then she told me that she can’t because the person who knows how to do that wasn’t there. Why would you offer that as an option then?! Such a mess. My order then was ACTUALLY cancelled when the call ended. So annoying.
I think the food is too expensive. The menu says 15% gratuity is already included, even if it is a pickup? The lady said it's really only 11% so I was free to add more tip lol.

My favorite breakfast spot!! Their Dominican breakfast is bomb and their egg sandwich is amazing, even tho they do charge a little extra for onions and tomatoes mixed in. Totally worth it. Their steak sandwiches are the best in the area! People complain of staffs rudeness but honestly they aren't really that bad considering clients are worse and want their food in a hurry even there is a huge rush in the mornings. In my opinion they are super friendly and amazing people! Ive been going there for almost 8 years and haven't had toast like theirs anywhere else in North Miami Beach or Miami Gardens. Its like they're bread is made with love. Its not so crunchy that it hurts that top of your mouth but not so soft that it gets soggy. Its just right! Well anyway point is this is a really good eats spot! Definitely recommend to anyone!
Terrible customer service. Why have online ordering services such as Uber eats if you don’t know how to manage/work the website? They called me to tell me that the item I ordered was unavailable but that I had to be the one to cancel the order. Strange, usually the merchant does this. After I figured out how to cancel my order, I was obviously still charged. I’m sure I’ll get the refund through Uber eats, but the woman on the phone was very rude.
This place is a nice local authentic spot. Best steak sandwich and great coffee. Also, friendly workers and nice customer service.
I have to honestly say they the service & the food was Amazing!!!!! 1st time me & my family ordered food from here and it was very delicious. Everything was Great & tasted real good! Way better than a lot of these other little Spanish restaurants. We will definitely be coming back to eat there. Thank you for your services and tasty food Cafe Que Rico!!
Learn how to be competent for your restaurant and service. Your employees are rude and know nothing about a hard days work. You guys don’t update your delivery menu ever, and cancel orders 20 times a day. Ridiculous & should be ashamed of the service put forth. The foods good, but not good enough for this. I would expect more lol. It’s a simple thing to be responsible and credible. As well as being a thorough and professional employee.

Delicious Desserts,Sandwiches,Croissants,Croquetas and Amazing Pastries!!!!I Love This Place!!!!!The Pan con Bistec was so mouth watering and Delicious and Wonderful Flavorful Food that I had in A Long Time Of My Life!!!!You can't wait to go back and try all the Magnificent Food and Deserts that they have in this Great Bakery!!!!You must go and Try and See All this Goodies of Food they have in their Store!!!!!Very Highly Recommended!!!!
