A random evening in Brickell led me and a few friends to Buya. Nearly a summer later and I still dream about the bao buns and ramen I had here. Hope to visit again soon!Lots of love from a hungry New Yorker.
Everything was great. The server at times spoke too fast and took us a bit to understand the concept of the place. Nonetheless, great and friendly service.

10/10, the ramen was so so flavorful (like “no one talk to me or my ramen while I eat” flavorful), as were the appetizers we ordered (recommend the pork skewers!). The black sesame ice cream dessert was perfect too, not too sweet! The waitress was so nice, she gave us great recommendations from the menu. Loved the whole experience!!
Amazing is all I can say. The food and service were exceptional. My favorite were the wagyu, salmon sashimi, yellowtail snapper and the huge mushroom with ash onions. Oh and did I mention the pork belly buns. Incredible food and service. Thank you!

Great ambiance and vibe! I liked the space, decor and lighting. The server was knowledge and friendly. We had the crispy duck roman, pork belly and broccolini. Great flavors. The crispy duck wasn’t crispy or offered much flavor. The pork bully was awesome!! The menu is highly meat based and very little vegetables and sides options. I think it would be great to offer to diversify and balance the meal. Thanks again for experience, would come back to explore the menu. Merci!

Great food, pricey for what it is still. Would recommend trying it out. Grilled mushrooms were so good we ordered two.
