The staff and location are fantastic! That's undeniable, they chose a great spot (by a target, off US1, etc) and they're wonderful at staffing. But the burgers don't really do it for me. I've eaten here three times now (two were take-aways actually) and it feels a little bit like the burgers are being dressed up to something they aren't. Like they want to broach the artisanal side of things but don't want to charge artisanal prices. I get that. And to a degree, I appreciate it! But it feels like maybe they aren't able to do either part that well then.The burgers aren't bad! They just aren't worth writing home about either though. If you just want to put some burgers into your body but don't care about the experience, and you're in the area, then I guess this is the spot. I was told such good things about their burgers, maybe you will find them different...I have not.
The burgers were very good, flavourful, juicy, and delicious, fries were good, we got the chili cheese fries, the cheese was good but the chili tasted like a can chili, and the onion rings were really greasy. But for a good burger and fries... This place is solid in that department.
Had the Wagyu CEO burger and was not disappointed. Burger meat was flavorful, sauce on point, fresh condiments and a decent bun that could still use a bit more perfection.
Great spot for burgers, fries and shakes. Wagyu beef sandwiches are ????. You have to try the Banana Churro shake!!!
Great food but their patties are inconsistent. Last week we ordered two burgers. The wife ended up with a well done patty and I with a rare patty. I definitely did not order it rare.
I have gone here in person and ordered pick up.Staff is pretty friendly.Never a long wait.My food has always been fresh and hot.I cant decide if the burgers or the tenders are my favorite though.I would suggest not doing pick up if you like your burgers past medium. Sometimes they have been medium and I had no way of choosing a temp for the burger. Also for pick up on their website, some burgers don’t have the option to customize them. Hopefully they look into that.Overall, my whole family loves eating here!
It would've been great, had the manager not welcomed us so rudely because we were the last customers, my husband wanted to show me the place for the first time n talked very highly of it, we didn't notice the closing early sign for 8p, n we walked inside and the man was pretty rude and had other customers staring at us.. we felt like we were being accused of robbing the place or something.. I looked at the time n it had literally just turned to 8:02pm. Smh. The man at the counter was amazing and very nice so he was able to cool the situation down.
I visited BurgerFi a few weeks ago at the insistence of my vegetarian significant other, and believe it or not, these burgers do not disappoint. I ordered a burger that had bacon and a fry and cry (I think that’s what they called it). The burger was juicy, the onion rings in the fry and cry were delicious and I was very impressed with the vegetarian selections. BurgerFi caters to a wide variety of taste pallets/preferences and I think that’s what I truly appreciated the most. Additionally, the place was clean, the staff members were kind and accommodating, and it is definitely a place worth trying. Skip the fast food and choose BurgerFi, trust me, it’s a win.
I had the ultimate bacon cheese burger and a large onion rings. Both were outstanding but wasn't ready for the price for only two items. After my initial shock, I paid and left. This isn't an everyday burger joint for me. It's probably a once or twice a year thing for me, when I'm in the area or I think I might want a better burger than BK or MickeyD's.
First time at BurgerFi and it was Amazing. The restaurant was super clean. Tatianna Toomer greeted us when we entered the building and was very helpful making suggestions on what to order. My son barely eats hamburgers, he loved his burger and ate it all. My family will definitely be back.
