My whopper was great. The burger is hot and the cool crisp lettuce, tomatoes etc adds the crunch I desire. Great taste as always Thank you
This is by far the best Burger King I've ever been to! These employees have wonderful customer service skills. My food was great I really appreciate the business for putting forth effort to hire wonderful people and have a clean environment. I love the fact that you guys have a basketball rim for your employees when it's slow they're able to play basketball which I honestly think is wonderful. I will always come back to this Burger King
Hi?. let me just say this Burger King on 125th and 7th Avenue is the best Burger King in America. Me and my kids have been going to this Burger King since they were babies. Papi when he was alive was the best owner. Papi really showed how much he loved his customers. papi lives on in our ? hearts even today. This is the only Burger King we will eat at. The fish sandwich is delicious, y'all got to try it. Now I have grandkids and I take them there before covid to play in the kids area. Now we're using the drive-through but still the food is the same absolutely. 5 thumbs?
No ice cream, no strawberry syrup, no help, rude. I was there so many times and all the time half of the staff doesn't even know that a ice cream cone can be poured with syrup! Half of the staff don't know how to use the screen. Just terrible place. Family owned? Lie!
They have parking spaces, it's very accessible. The staff is great and process orders efficiently. The food came out nice and hot. The kids love to grab something there.
I always drive all the way down to this Burger King. Because the food is always fresh and the customer service is always amazing. This One star is not for the overall workers at this location because the service is always great...This one star is for 1 individual. I am not sure what her name is but her name tag says Juan's daughter... She is very unprofessional and doesn't know how to hold the high standards of this amazing location..This is the first time I've experienced such a thing and I feel like she needs to be retrained before you guys get anymore complaints1. When I pulled up to the window to place my order she spoke so fast that I did not understand what she was saying. I had to ask her to repeat her to repeat herself...Her response was what you want?This is not how you speak to people2. When I got to the window to pay, im speaking to her but she's ignoring me. Instead shes talking to her Co worker. Then finally spoke to me... but speaking to both of us at the same timeWhen the conversation with her Co worker is not even work related...3. I told her I want to pay 10 cash and the rest on a cardShe said okay...She went back to speak to her Co worker then said her Co worker said no(this has never been an issue)4. When she passed me my drink, I can tell the drink had been sitting there for a while because there was no ice. Or maybe she just forgot to add ice...I kindly asked her for ice. She's arguing with me telling me that there's ice in my cup...I had to pour my drink out to prove to her that there wasnt any ice in my cup.When she finally changed my drink... There was hair all over my cup...At this point I was like whatever... I'll just throw the drink out5. I asked for ketchup, she gave me BBQ...Asked again for ketchup, she gave me buffalo and had a terrible attitude with me when I pointed out to her thay i asked for ketchup.
Ordered the 5 dollar whopper Jr combo and it was not good at all! The sandwich maker put the pickles between the meats and it just did not taste like the whopper Jr I love!
The drive thru is always packed and its very slow we had 7 cars in front of us an we were there in line 35 min. Smdh. And on top of that they had my sandwich order wrong.
This Burger King as always been the best for me since I was kids. I remember the owner use to work the front and he always made sure you always get everything fresh. Still to this day they always make it happen. The best !
Best service! All employees work together in synergy to make sure orders are out and such. Love their energy and fun, clean and safe environment.
