Finally a real burger in Miami, We stayed at the place yesterday The service was excellent and the food came quickly The meat was tender and you can see that it is a high level meat, The spicy fries make a big difference Anyway Service 10 Price 10 Hamburger 10 5 stars because it is no longer possible ? Ordered on Grubhub it came very quickly. The burger was excellent the rings were hot and crunchy only a few to the serving but good tasting.
This is place used to be my favorite… Last time I ate here was probably 6-7 months ago and it is probably under new administration or something happened because I came back recently and the quality was horrible. The worse meal I have ever tried, the meat was so dry and a very small portion, the rice was a joke, everything cold plus ordered a large fries and they give me like 5 fries. Homeless going in and out of the restaurant which it is not their fault but it is part of the experience eating here. If you pay me, I would not come back here
Read the reviews before going. All the negatives seemed to point to the customer service and not food, so we took a chance.That being said, my expectations were low. It’s on a dingy street in Miami and it has an iffy look. No one was in there when we arrived but Food was actually awesome!The cashier was nice and someone complained about the cooks not smiling earlier?(!?) I’m not trying to lock eyes with the chef and maybe it served me well because our food was super hot and tasted great! It’s not a Michelin star restaurant but it never claimed to be. Get it if you’re hungry!
Ordered delivery and recieved it quickly but with no napkins, condiments, or utensils.
A deli place ?? Burgers are big. My favourite is sweet potato fries, you need to try that fry. Helpful staff??
Their Hustler burger is out of this world... juicy combination of Black Angus meat, smoked bacon, melted cheese and some magic sauce in a - surprise - PRETZEL bun! just wow
Very rude staff. No hello, and no service at this place. I asked for extra sauces and the guy told me that it’s already in the food LOL I give it two stars cause the food is AVERAGE not terrible and the concept is a bit different with the burger bowls, also semi-healthy. I would avoid in downtown Miami much better options in the area, I can’t say the same for other franchises.
I visited in December and I saw a lot of reviews hating on the service and some on the food. I couldn't disagree more! The staff was super friendly and the food was amazing! I live around the corner so I plan on coming by again. They had happy hour from 4p to close too. Great burgers, for real. Plus, bacon doesn't cost extra ;)
Somehow messed up an order of just a double burger placed via online. Order and receipt clearly stated double burger and they only put a single patty. Didn't check until I got home because of the ridiculous excessive amount of staples in the bag. Upon calling the store to inform them my order was wrong the first response was not that they were sorry and will fix it but a rather rude "what does the receipt say". The receipt clearly stated it was a double burger and upon telling them the response was to bring the burger all the way back to the store. After I got there again they had not even started making the new one and had to take back and check my old burger before they even started on the correct burger. I had to wait another 15minutes there after coming all the back for them to finally make it. When they were giving me the replacement order I asked for it to not be stapled shut literally 10 seconds before they proceeded to staple it 5 more times making it impossible to check the order without rendering the paper bag useless. Service here is beyond abysmal, take your business elsewhere. Also the burger was extremely small and not even that good. Pretty expensive for what you get as well and does not even come with fries.
