Management is terrible. No one wants to work here. No service what so ever. There is 1 bartender serving 9 tables and 6 people at the bar stand. Shes so swamped she has then bringing their dishes and cups to the bar and standing in a single file line. The only server is running between another 10 tables. I saw 30+ people walk out because there's no hosts and the servers arent hosting, answering phones, bussing or even looking up from their tables. Took me 50 minutes to get mozzarella sticks and boneless wings to go. It's dinner time at the busiest mall in the county.
The wait was REALLY long for seating and service but unfortunately that seems the norm nowadays with most places struggling to find people to work. Our server was very nice but he has so many tables to cover. Food was good.
Restaurant doesn't value the customer, has no respect, I made an order and after 2 hr waiting they told me they didn't have it. I replaced it with something else, the order arrived completely wrong, I took my car, I went back to the store, I asked to speak with the manager and he said he wouldn't answer me because he was busy. I waited another 1 hr for them to refund my money but they didn't, I lost my money on top of all that. Shame on this restaurant, I'm very frustrated with all of this.
The wings were good but the service omg! It would have been faster if we went into the kitchen to cook ourselves.The wait was o er 30 min when the restaurant was at 25 percent capacity. It took over 30 min to get water, the service from the host to waiters at the bar or at a table terrible!!!Not sure if they need more people or better management but something needs to change!
Just left and had dinner tonight with my brother. We drive cross country and stop at bww every town we stop in and this has been one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Danielle our server was friendly patient and willing to take the extra step to make sure we had what we needed and then some. Definitely recommend coming here and ask for her.
DO NOT BUY OR GO TO THIS PLACEMake an order from Uber eats wait around 45 min just to get my order wrong, call the location and since they are about to close don’t even answer (11:30pm time I call , 12am time they close) if you read the reviews there’s more negative comments Than good ones, they really have to close this place since it’s always empty and smell bad and the costumer service -10 if I could give a negative star I won’t think twice to put it rate it

These workers told me my to go order would take 15-20 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later for them to tell me it’s not ready and would take five more minutes. 10 minutes later they tell me it will take five more minutes. 10 minutes after that they do the same thing. At this point I try to cancel the order to which they walked in the back and grabbed a random order to give me. The order was for the wrong person. Halfway home I realized and had to return to the restaurant to give it back and finally cancel my order. Took over an hour of my time and I got no food.
