Absolutely horrendous. Never in my life have I felt the need to call out a restaurant for absolutely disgusting food. Usually when I have a bad experience I just leave it alone and go about my life. But this was literally the worst food I have had. “Brioche” bun was just a hamburger bun, barely toasted, the sausage on my sandwich was a sausage link barely split in two, the cheese was melted, but somehow cold?? And the eggs made me want to gag.Honestly it looks like a toddler cooked and assembled our sandwiches.The only way this place is still in business is because DoorDash has these great quality photos, and tricks people into getting ordering with them. Worst 25$ I have ever spent in my life. Do. Not. Order. From. Here.Wish I had taken a picture; it did not look appetizing whatsoever, tried to look past it, took two bites and threw the rest away.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They don’t care about the customers health. They send their orders without it being stapled on DoorDash and other food delivery! My food was touch half the tator tots were gone! Had like 5 left! The bag was untied! Just gross! It’s covid, hepatitis, germs, diseases going around! This is not a game!! STAPLE YOUR DAMN FOOD YOUR ARE SENDING OUT!
Ate here a few days ago. Service was lacking...I did end up tipping $10 bucks on a $30 dollar order.....however...when our food finally came out it was ice cold. Also after waiting for a clean table we were asked what we would like to drink....15 minutes later our actual server asked us the same question. Take out customers took presidence over done in customers. I always tip well because I give the benefit of doubt. If we ever return I hope service is amazing or I will leave 1 cent....which in waitress world is a huge insult.
This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. If I could give it a zero I would. Food does not look like the pictures. Please do not order from this “restaurant” or whatever it is. Thankfully I received a refund from where I ordered it from. You’re better off getting Mc Donald’s instead.
Very misleading pictures, and they do not mention they slather everything with mayonnaise. Absolutely disgusting. Will never order again, and posting this in hopes of preventing others complete disappointment.
Made a door dash order. Restaurant accepted even though they were closed. Had to spend all morning on the phone with door dash after 3 dashers notified me that they were closed. The restaurant accepted the order and led DoorDash to believe that they were preparing it so it made it hard to get a refund. Bunch of thieves!
I never say this, but… this place SUCKED. Order was completely wrong, cold and skimpy. Never will eat here again :)
Well I wish I read these reviews before I ordered, food was cold and I order tator tots not a greasy hashbrown. The food also had no flavor and bacon was all on one side.
This restaurant is wasting your money to gain a profit for themselves. This company must have been about to go out of business if you have Uber Eats DoorDash Postmates etc PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not place a an order. The pictures are a lie. I have Doordash. First time I ordered I got some nasty mushroom burger I don't even think it was meat. I thought it was a mistake so the very next day I ordered the exact same thing ? dumb me. They sent the exact same thing. I'm like ok this company is purposely taking people's money and sending the wrong orders just to get rid of its products. I wish u can report them on these food apps like u can here for everyone to see. I do not know if when u do report them if other buyers get to see it. So I came here to leave a message for all to see who have enough sense not to order and come look up the reviews on Google maps before you buy. I know very unlikely cause I don't even do that. But after getting tricked twice I will be lookin at Google maps reviews on new restaurants before I order from now on. Great thing about doordash they give full refunds. Sorry to the drivers that lost my tip but I will not be swindled? again? the photos are to show what they advertise versus what you get. Don't eat garbage. It's actually funny ? now. It wasn't when I was hungry ?
Wrong bread on both sandwiches ordered. Egg and cheese with avocado came with NO cheese and was made with prepackaged guacamole instead of fresh avocado. The scrambled eggs tasted burnt and like they were made in a dirty pan. Food was disgusting. Do not order from here.
